Bulls in 7. I do not want an '06 rematch (unless the Grizzlies advance to the WCF then it won't be possible), I want a new Finals matchup. If Boozer can play like he did in Game 6 against the Hawks, and if Rose can become more consistent, the Bulls have a fair chance of taking this one in seven.

I just want the Bulls to win.

Bulls in six because I don't want the Heat go celebrating the way they did in their last game vs. the Celtics.

Anybody wanna bet on this series before it starts? Loser stays away from forum for 3 days(72 hours). Or we could go game by game.
Mon May 16, 2011 8:21 am
Ok. I got Heat.
Mon May 16, 2011 8:24 am
Anyone got the Bulls? Chance to shut me up for 3 days, or take on Lamrock if you want.

Pretty good start to the series, it got a little ugly for both teams offensively but they're both giving 100% defensively. Looks like it's going to be quite a battle.

Wade got raped by Taj Gibson o.O
Mon May 16, 2011 10:45 am
Its not so often you get to see D-Wade get dunked on. Especially by someone like Taj Gibson.

Good shit!
Mon May 16, 2011 11:10 am
That was awesome.

Very competitive first half.
Mon May 16, 2011 11:11 am
This is gonna be one hell of a series.

It's amazing how fast the internet goes to work
Mon May 16, 2011 11:15 am
No doubt, there's quite a few clips of it up on YouTube already.

Bosh is having a nice game. Amazing right handed dunk over Boozer.
Mon May 16, 2011 12:01 pm
Awesome dunk.
I guess that the Bulls are not as old as the Celtics, and the Heat just figured that out now.
Mon May 16, 2011 12:04 pm
Bulls got this one. I don't see them breaking down now and losing this 14 point lead
EDIT: Blowout?
Mon May 16, 2011 12:15 pm
This loss isn't that disconcerting. The Heat have had a TON of bad breaks. Wade's blown layups, miracle shots for the Bulls, Lebron not showing up (that's rare). They only need ONE game in Chicago anyway. I never expected them to win both games. I still think the Heat will pull this series out in 7 games.

No, not yet. Still a good amount of time left. Looking good so far though.
Edit: I think LeBron playing just fine. He's vey active on the defensive end. Chicago is just not allowing him to get the looks he wants on the offensive end and the rest of the team is just standing around. Despite having more pts Wade is having the worse game of the two. Face it guys...Chicago is just better

That's their offensive set.

I meant the bulls get game 1

I'm still rooting for a 2006 repeat, but there definitely won't be any shame losing to these Bulls. They are playing spectacular basketball at the defensive end.

Unfortunately for them it is. It's very basic if you if you ask me and get's predictable after a while and their going to continue to struggle if they con't to play LeBron and Wade ball against a defense like the Bulls.

Wow. Taj motherfuckin' Gibson
Mon May 16, 2011 12:29 pm
Holy shit Taj Gibson o.O
EDIT: 21 point Bull win. Ouch...
Mon May 16, 2011 12:33 pm
Game 2 will be a lot closer but I'm glad I didn't offer AG double or nothing now
Mon May 16, 2011 12:33 pm
Gibson does it again to put an exclamation mark on the game. Wow.
Great win for the Bulls, outstanding defense in the second half. The offense was a bit sloppy at times but they sure made up for it with their hustle and second chance points. Can't ask for a much better start to the series for Chicago, though I anticipate the rest of the series will be more like the first half of Game 1.
