JJ Redick actually got 27 points against Toronto... that has to be close, if not, a career high surely?

His career was over quite abruptly. He didn't too badly in the Rookie Challenge in 2001 but got cut not long after that and caught on anywhere else. I guess his height has worked against him.

I also thought it was a height problem. His nick name was a doughboy. Anyways, his days in european league went ok, I guess.

Pretty much ANY player that can somewhat hit an open 3-pointer has a career night against the Raptors. Actually, scratch that; any random scrub always lights up the Raptors.

Though he has had a good start to the season. Ryan freaking Anderson is also putting up 17ppg and 4rpg so far.

As a team, I have somewhat of feelings or hopes on the Rockets to make the playoffs as they have players like Scola, Ariza and Landry. I think any of those 3 could have a great season to push them into a playoffs without 2 injured super stars.

As others have said, JJ Reddick (hopefully that's changing this year), and Adam Morrisson. But going a bit further back- Trajan Langdon. What a disappointment. I'd love to see him make a comeback over here.

I think you missed the point of the thread.

I remember watching a special about him getting heckled by Maryland and he was reading some of his rhymes. If that's anything to go by... I'd be inclined to agree

I also thought he could develop into a capable big man. He was one of those players that could be put to use as an absolute beast in NBA Live, but he never really took advantage of his physical gifts and developed his game in real life. He had a couple of respectable years, his sophomore season was probably his best but he never took the proverbial next step in fulfilling his potential.

Probably flogging a dead horse here, but that 2000 draft class could probably have several mentions in this section.

This is probably wrong thread for this, but I sorta had high hopes on Phillies when they signed Elton.

I am surprised how he is performing these days. He really is disappearing from everyone's radar from one of the top pf to average at best one. Every fantasy owner should be concerned, if drafted him.

Fair call, it's a signing that hasn't panned out.
