Jinx much? Bulls probably won't win, but I can see this panning out like Heat/Bulls 2006 did.

Rondo leading his team in rebounds, you gotta be kidding me.
Horrible foul by Noah with 2.6 left.
Sun Apr 19, 2009 5:17 am
all ball on the foul by noah. overtime now
Sun Apr 19, 2009 5:19 am

bulls win!
Sun Apr 19, 2009 5:39 am
YES!!!!!!! BULLS WIN!!!!

What a game even though the referees did fuck up at times. This was a battle of future, Rondo VS Rose. Total guards game this was.
Noah almost cost a game at near the end of regulation, thought that was a mental fail. Pierce as usual showed his awesome fakes, but had to hit more jumpers followed by them.

shall we all vote bulls in 4 (lmao)?

one and done for you! lol

It's going to take KG a couple of weeks to get back to the level of effectiveness that the Celtics need him at to repeat.
well you got the game 1 upset all right!

only, they could not defend homecourt
Ray Allen choked big time, did you see him blowing the wide open dunk?

With Pierce at the line with about 2 seconds left, I thought the Celtics had game 1. The Bulls played tough but sloppy at times. Rose was amazing. He makes shots that you'd bench other guys for attempting to take.

Meh. Depends how you see it. The last block was bit too aggressive especially when you consider how sensitive the referees were going to react at home of Boston with such little time remaining, so I think whether it was a clean block or not, it didn't matter, the referees were likely to call it. However, he did have a good game and the referees were bit inconsistent throughout the whole game.
And I wouldn't get too excited and favor Bulls to come out a winner in this series already. I don't expect Paul and Allen(especially) to struggle like today for the rest of series. Their performance was nowhere near their usual ones, and you also won't see Rose posting career highs in every games. The Celtics will rebound and I don't have any doubts in that.

That's unbelievable. I was up late to so I followed along with the live scores through the first half but I must admit I thought I'd wake up to read about the Celtics taking care of business in the second half. Instead, the Bulls do something historically significant to the franchise and pick up the win, on the road no less. It's what they do though, lose to someone they can beat and then win a game you wouldn't expect them to. I'm not going to get ahead of myself, but I am a Bulls fan so it's still pretty cool in my book.

It says in the headlines that Rose did something that Michael Jordan could not do. That's something. Wow. I'm still saying Celtics in this series but this created a big question mark for the C's if they can go a long way in this playoffs.

score 36 in his playoff debut and leading his team to win over the celtics in a playoff game

After seeing KG go down, this didn't surprise me too much. It was a spectacular game though. Only the second game this season i watched 100% from start to finish, and I didn't regret it. Best game I've seen in a long time.

Boston will probably still win the series but...
Sun Apr 19, 2009 8:57 pm
Derrick Rose completely owned the game, setting up his teammates and controlling the tempo.

I think Boston will crush them in game 2 though.
