I don't what? Or I am not what? Or I wasn't what? Or I haven't what?
Just to make clear I'm not trying to "play with words" here.. I really can't make anything out of that.
And I have never tried to impersonate Dan Gadzuric, I've never claimed to be him or act like him.Laddas_KB8 wrote:But....he still cried
Uhh right... let's not even try and take the situation into account, that would only hurt your argument.
Jordan cried because winning that championship had such a special meaning to him, because of his deceased father. Kobe cried because he couldn't lead his team to a win.
If you want to think that's similar, go ahead, give us a call when you're back in the real world

Kobe cried because he couldn't lead his team to a win.
No...He cried cause they lost their chance on a championship
Sat May 17, 2003 12:23 am
Him failing to lead the Lakers to the win resulted in their chances for a championship being gone, not the other way around. Had they won they would've still had a chance.

Your are a flaming nutcase!!
you said
And I wasn't about to say "where did we say that" I'm not as predictable as people whose nick contains a Japanese city.
I clearly stated that in my post, and if you couldnt see that then you truly are a fool
i replied: No you dont, as in, no you dont have a japanese city in your nick
Dan, and your gonna sit here and tell me, that you would not cry, if your team had comeback from 2-0 down then lost it anyway 4-2, coz i can betcha that is part of the reason.
like i said, it was only tears, he didnt ball his eyes out like Vince did or Ai for that sakes.
and i see nothing wrong with it anyway, it shows that there still is players in the NBA who play for the game, not for the money and fame
Sat May 17, 2003 12:35 am
It isn't about me, it's about Kobe and Michael Jordan.
And no your post wasn't clear on that, if it were I'm quite sure my knowledge of the English language is sufficient enough to understand it.
But since you explained it being that I don't have a Japanese city in my nickname, you're right. (unless there's some Japanese city I've never heard of hidden somewhere).

Sat May 17, 2003 12:40 am

Don't cry or I'll call you a flaming faggot!
Sat May 17, 2003 12:50 am
ok.......it still made sense in that sentance
Sat May 17, 2003 2:03 am
look it's not that big of a deal... but it was still embarrassing
this game was over at the beginning of the 4th...he had enough time to cool off. i really don't remember any of the kings crying, and when they lost it was more "heartbreaking"... 7th game overtime
i'm not saying this because i dislike Kobe. if you say to me someone cried after losing to the lakers for the last three i would still say the same thing. i would understand it more or less depending on the circumstances. in this exact situation i don't understand it one bit
as for Fisher... it's typical. this guy has "sore loser" written on his forehead. doesn't have any dignity whether it's wining or losing. when they win, he's all like full of himself, saying that they have the rings and stuff like that. and when he loses he cries... typical. he looks so frustrated, like he was abused when he was a kid or something LOL

OK I admit I like arguing them because it's a boost for my selfesteem

Lmao @ this thread, Lmao @ Kobe, & Lmao @ the Lakers...
When I read that Kobe cried... for a second a split second, this human condition I have called "sypathy" kicked in and I almost felt sorry for Kobe... but then I realised it was Kobe and a human reaction kicked in - "laughter". Ok well maybe I didn't laugh. Kobe & Kwame... separated at birth
It's nice that they finally lost, but now all of a sudden (after all those laker championships) it feels like the playoffs have lost a certain significance. The Lakers are gone, the Kings lost Webber, and the Mavs who were killing in the regular season are going to a 7th game with the Webber-less Kings. The Jazz are gone also, it just feels like all the teams who have been deep into the playoffs the last couple of seasons aren't there, like a bunch of imposters are in the playoffs.
Hope the Spurs go all the way and win it for D-Rob and Stevie Kerr

I don't know what all this big deal about Kobe crying and stuff, geez man, you guys won THREE CHAMPIONSHIPS in a row. Who's whining NOW??? Now I'm not exactly sorry to see the Lakers go, especially after what they did to my Nets last year! The wicked witch is dead!! With all this "Sacramento Queens" and "I have absolutely no fear of this team at all" The Lakers deserved what they got.
They're human after all. Another 5th seed that got eliminated. And remember all that talk about how they're a team "built for the playoffs" and they don't care about the regular season. Well 5th seed means no home court advantage and home court was HUGE in the San Antonio series. For the Lakers, here's a math lesson... Better regular season means better record. Better record means home court. Home court for San Antonio means they win this series. They go 3-0 at home which is all you could ask of them.
The biggest thing that gets me is they're talking about Phil Jackson retiring, and Kobe in tears after the game, and sportscasters talking about all the changes that have to be made in the off-season.... For Christ's sake, they're talking like a team that just went 20-62!! They won 3 in a row and they're talking re-building. Incredible.
Guys (Lakers), you lost in the playoffs. You're a good team, but GUESS WHAT -- There was a team better than you for a change. LIVE WITH IT and don't give me all this rebuilding crap.
The Lakers got what they deserved, and now we'll see a new champion. It's funny... teams like the Nets and the Kings are saying, "Wow we won't have to face the Lakers so maybe we can win it all... But wait, the SPURS??? Uuuuh, on second thought maybe we'd RATHER play the Lakers."
Wishful thinking has the NBA trophy FINALLY traveling to the Meadowlands, but I think the Spurs have to be the favorites now. It will make the NBA finals interesting (no disrespect to Philly and Detroit, but NJ IS the best in the East)
And one more bonus of Kobe and the Lakers choking... NO MORE ANNOYING SPRITE COMMERCIALS!!

well the jazz hasn't been deep in the playoffs since '98
Sun May 18, 2003 1:19 am
Yeah I know dude, that was probably a bad example. I just mean teams that are usually there, aren't there now, and if they are, they aren't really themselves, and it feels weird, almost as if whichever team wins it this season is undeserving.
The Jazz haven't been dangerous in the playoffs is probably the way I should have worded it.
