Bullets had a pretty good win over the wildcats we are still a little rusty due to late pre season start in training.

It's a start, though one full live game a week would be better for the league. By all means keep the premium coverage for those with Foxtel since if you're going to pay to watch TV you should be getting the best, but any FTA exposure for the NBL is good news for the league.

bullets showed their strength last night with a 29pt win over townsville. ebi has been in mvp form and cj has been consistent. Bradshaw has been playing extremely well hes fitting in very nicely.

Ben, we've yet to see Justin Brown (7 footer) play for us... so its very encouraging that we're gonna be a lil deeper.

Remember to tell me when Cairns comes to Brisbane so we can see it :D

Black returns to Bris Vegas :D

just wondering... hows Martin Müürsepp doing in NBL?

He's fitting in nicely in Melbourne... averaging about 12 and 7 i htink plus a few assists. It's still Anstey's team and Martin is doing a great job being a team player and sharing the ball and doing what he needs to do to help the team win. (Y) Melbourne are right up there with Brisbane and Cairns in terms of contending for the championship.

Um, I was watching a game last week with the Kings and I forgot who they were facing but anyway, I saw Dontaye Draper. He seems really good and I read an article on him in the Sunday Telegraph that he will be possibly going back to the Nuggets after a few seasons with the Kings, you guys think he'll be good in the NBA? I doubt he will be a starter in the NBA but I think I can see him as a back-up PG to a 3rd option PG.

If he is playing in the NBL... I don't see how he could be a back up PG. Shouldn't he be in Europe?

And yeh, he would look good in the NBL because he would be part of the more talented group of players in the league. Plus the NBL's style of play is mroe offensive orientated (thus I would assume more touches for a PG like him).

Troy DeVries signed with the Razorbacks... old news I know but he is from my rival high school, and a deadly shooter.

that Draper guy is coming off the bench for the Kings, right?!? that usually means he's probably not NBA talent....the fact that he's short (like 5'8" isn't he? or under 6 foot at least) suggests that he's got an uphill road into the league....just ask Sit about Keydren Clark :)

Keydren Clark is making a name for himself in Greece. I actually sent an email to South Dragons asking them to sign him... I wonder what happened to that suggestion. :(

Perhaps I can get Ben to go and ask bullets GM to have a look at it :D

I thought Draper was 5'11"... hmm not sure.. but yeh... most guys under 6 foot have a very uphill struggle to make the NBA. Not everyone is like Earl Boykins and even say Bassy...

they could've used him....he could've replaced Heal as team's starting PG & they might actually win some games

nah man, I've got a big CA project due in on Monday that I still haven't started yet, so that's gonna keep me busy from tomorrow night through until Sunday night....I'm going to make the game on Sunday though....

it's probably not good for my for any games until after my exam in first week of December (although I am going to see Roar beat Victory in mid-November with work people)....

if there are any decent games on in December, preferably not during weeknights due to work, I'll be keen to go....maybe end of year Irish thing could start out with a Bullets game & lead into a few brews

man that game has some disappointing calls tonight bullets made an awesome comeback though to get within 4pts after being down by 20. Bradshaw has been a great fit into the team. Goorji needs to get his old ass off the court.

I really enjoyed watching last night's game....granted, I only watched the 4th quarter, but it was highly entertaining (Y) it was a lot better viewing than the crappy NBA game (Cavs vs Magic)....I think 90% of NBA games are not that entertaining....both teams got hot, it went back & forward & would've been good to see the game live....shame the Bullets didn't get their 20th straight home win, but it's all good....

Bradshaw is starting to play well which is a strong sign for his own career & the Bullets' shot at repeating....

X and Ben, we need to all rock up and watch a game together... as the Irish of course. :D The Brisbane v Cairns game is a must... any other eye openers in early December?

And for anyone who wants to know, our team - the Fighting Irish - had an awesome win last night. Paced by Drew (X) with his 21 points, Ben's 12 blocks and my 14 points (7-9 of which came in the last quarter)... we beat the other team despite being 8 or 10 points down at start of 4th quarter. :D
