Ever.
Ahhh three of those 5 championship trophies came from being the Scottie Pippen (or backup star) in Shaquille O´Neal era.
Sorry man, be a good in the lose.
And no, I'm not Dallas fan (in fact I hate them just for Cuban, that insupportable man who thinks he's the biggest man in the world, but he only is the biggest piece of sh$#!($)#"t), but the way your are posting is even worse than those Pony fans

Funny watching all these Scamavericks fans come out of the woodwork who have never watched basketball before just because the greatest winners of all time had a chip stolen by thugs again.
No, he didn't. Shaq was a completely untalented fat loser thug who did nothing on the court but knock people over with his size and then dunk.
Look it up, basically every expert called Kobe Bryant the best player in the game then because he was. He overcame the other crap on those teams and crushed their opponents in dominating fashion. Notice that Shaq has not won any rings without Kobe.
Shaq got swept in the Finals, there's no recovering your career from that shit.
Mon May 09, 2011 10:51 am
Yes of curse... Kobe could only win championship having good and semi-star players in his team (Lakers)... or did you forget those years after Shaq was trade where Kobe & Lakers didn't win ANYTHING?, how depresive where those years that Kobe requested a trade (if the owner didnt bring him talent).
Sorry man, Kobe is a great player, a star player... but he never will be the biggest NBA star in all history.
Mon May 09, 2011 10:55 am
He already is. Nobody can compare to what Kobe has accomplished.
Kobe did amazing things without Shaq. He made the playoffs twice with a team that would make the Nets of last year look like the 1996 Bulls. Would have done it three times if Rudy T didn't have to step down and he wasn't battered with horrific injuries that year.
All Kobe wanted was some form of help, at least some players who could score without him having to create all their shots for them. Once the Lakers added a team that could win 30 games on their own, Kobe added his 30 wins and the rest is history.

Barea strikes me as jerk, like Nate Robinson. Bynum is a jerk too and unfortunately for Barea the bigger jerk had his way.

And how many rings do you have?
How many does Joel Anthony have?
That's what I thought.
Mon May 09, 2011 11:13 am
Damn funny how Mavs fans are actually celebrating like Kobe cared about this series with 5 rings and mvp trophys and more.
If Kobe tried at all, it'd be a sweep the other way around. All experts know that and I will confirm it.

I read it. I just don't see the connection between jumping of roofs & giving bad fouls.
Mon May 09, 2011 11:38 am
Wow...the Mavericks didn't leave anything to chance with that one. When I got up this morning I expected to read that the Lakers had taken one to avoid the sweep or at the Mavs had prevailed in a closely fought contest. What a crushing victory, Dallas is looking pretty good to come out of the West right about now.

And it wasn't done just for a laugh or to lighten the mood, either.
"The things they do are dumb," guard Shannon Brown said. "And the mistakes we were making in the game were dumb, too."
That's only Shannon Brown's interpretation. A possibility of what Jackson was trying to achieve with those clips.

Mavs will be crushed by whoever wins the OKC v MEM series

I can't say the celebrating is wrong but at the same time can't say Benji is wrong either

(about the Mavs that is). I think the celebrating comes from the Mavericks share of bad memories. Like Wade scorching them four games in a row to lead the Heat over the Mavs after having a comfortable 2-0 lead in the finals, Kobe outscoring the whole Mavs team in three quraters in 06 (Kobe had 62 pts to the Mavs 61 pts so Phil took him out because it was just getting ridiculous), and don't forget about them becoming one of the few teams to lose to an eighth seed with the MVP in the same year. Oh yeah I almost forgot about the lost to the seventh seeded Spurs in the playoffs last year after so many predicted a Lakers- Mavs Western Conference finals.

Thank you. That's why we seem arrogant. We've failed so much. And, the Lakers well, this is like their first fall since Kobe got into his prime.

Never said Mavs fans were arrogant dude. Don't be offended I live in a city where our home team has not seen much success. I don't get offended when people point it out. It is what it is. The Hawks are probably worse off than the Mavs. I'm not even a Hawks fan and most people from Atlanta aren't either.

This is a great, momentous occasion.

Love it. Now I hope the Thunder can pull through.

I know you didn't say that. Not trying to be mean. Hawks are a great team. They have a great starting lineup.

It's a SWEEP! Can't believe this will happen to Lakers.
Mon May 09, 2011 1:06 pm
"I wasn't surprised," Odom said of his teammate's ejection. "When you're losing by 30, what the (expletive) do you expect?"
Added Bynum: "I'm not disappointed in myself. It is what it is. We got embarrassed tonight, so that's what happened."
...
"They were breaking us down, so I just fouled somebody," Bynum said.
These guys get it. Scamavericks were being complete assholes running up the score, the way you answer that disrespect is by standing up to the bullies until they back down.
Mon May 09, 2011 1:23 pm
Fuck you Lakers
