He's not racist. He's plain stupid. Everyone in the NLSC knows that.

Don't change the subject. It's either you're a racist or stupid Badger. Pick one.

shadowgrin, if you research about Cote d'Ivoire national football team, you can see that they called The Elephants.

And one more reference:

Besides, would you remind a black man constantly that he's black every time you see one? I don't think so.

I'm starting to think that you deliberately avoid having some of your posts in English to hide your racism. :shake:

Not important. A nickname can be used for every sport.

On-topic: Ersan rocks. 26 points today.
EDIT: Turkey wins against Greece. Really happy.

I lost all enthusiasm in this thread and for the FIBA championship tourney when racism crept in. Thanks Badger. :(

Damn! We were really bad! Not really much on offence but on defence! Greece is meant to be a team with a solid defence! That match against the Serbs was fatal! We were banging everyone be 50 points till that.

That loss puts as with mathematical precision against the States in the quarters unless Turkey loses in two matches and we get first place. Then we'll play with the Spaniards who suck this year!

Though if this team gets the defensive inspiration and the leaders like Diamantidis and V-Span we can beat anyone! Hopefully we'll bounce back

Ps. Bouroussis really deserves to play in the NBA. He's like a tougher version of Sheed!

I wish Spain gets 3rd to beat them too! They're so arrogants and the ones taking from us a world title and another European final!

I'm for Greece too, if Lithuania doesn't go very far this year, I'll root for Greece. Hopefully they beat the Serbs or Spanish.

Though getting the 3rd place for Greece will be better. As we avoid Spain and the States in the quarters

As we would face Lithuania then France and after that Argentina in our way to the finals.

A much easier and more suitable to our playing style opponents.

What does winning feel like? I don't even remember anymore. Probably should do the responsible thing and stop watching the world championships, so the Boomers actually have a chance.

Also, fuck you, Serbia player. Whoever the hell you are. Fuck you.

Australia versus Serbia, tough game... nevertheless, since the last European championship, here in Serbia we have an expression "teomania", with a reason. :)

Anyway, it doesn't mean anything if they lose in 1/8 finals. If i am not mistaken, in Indianapolis we were the third in a group, before knockout stage. Because of that I would say, anything could happen in the next stage, even a low seeded team could win. My message for Australians would be, heads up! You still have a chance like anybody else.

Best regards.
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not one bit simpler.
