To be fair, the other player looked to be about 5'5". It was the NBA in the 50s/60s, after all.
Seriously though, that was pretty damn impressive. Nice find.

Bill Russell is no stiff.
You need to be athletically good to even hold your ground when defending someone like Wilt Chamberlain.
And what Andrew said.
That's probably the reason why Russell has a 98 overall rating in 2K, athletic ratings are a big boost to overall, especially for C/PF's in the game.

For anyone in an old school mood, this is the best Michael Jordan dunk compilation I've come across on YouTube:

Was looking for that Marbury reaction which led me back to the original dunk that caused that reaction, still a thing of beauty.

He doesn't flop like his dad. Wade should spend more time with the kid.

This dunking kid reminds me of my younger days.
ofc I'm kidding. This is the best dunk I've seen so far this year. The kid who got dunked on fully lying on the ground, looking at the ceiling, probably thinking "I don't want to be me right now"

Huge. But, as with Brandon Knight, let's give the defender some credit for at least attempting a block.

Good thing the defender jumped else he would have been Tom Chambered.

Nelly knows his shit.He knows more basketball than 3 of ESPN experts combined.

RETARD NELLY JUST WENT BLASPHEMOUS!
Players aren't willing to play with Kobe because they can't handle the pressure of playing with The G.O.A.T. and the Lakers.
None of the players Jordan tried to recruit to the Bulls like Olajuwon ever came to play with him because they can't handle it.
Nelly just used Kobe unfollowing Dwight on Twitter as an argument.
Sun Jul 21, 2013 4:39 am
LoL. Don't you love that question "Why did Dwight really leave the Lakers" every time you hear it though? They probably wanted Nelly to say things they can't say/claim(too controversial), to make a good show out of it, which they did. They tried the same with
Chow from HO who's fucking awesome.

Man, Hakeem's moves were just so quick and fluid. It's fun watching footage of him dominating other dominant centers such as Ewing, Robinson, Shaq, etc.

Another vid that shows MJ wasn't no ballhog, but a willing passer.

That entire play was Barkley's fault. He overplayed the pass on Pippen, and both Ainge and West had to help, leaving both Grant and Paxson open for the passes.

Same way can be said about Kobe not taking contested shots.

Long vid but a lot can be discuss.

Once a realization kicked in, I started to distrust Kobe and media. There were times when I thought Kobe was a definite top 10 or even top 5
Sat Aug 03, 2013 4:12 am
I watched that whole thing and it was a bit biased. Kobe Bryant was probably one of the smartest players in the game. He played the marketing, franchise and team level quite well to get to where he is today. It's possible that he was an Achilles heal to some, though. It's basically capitalism in a nutshell.

OMG MJ STILL DUNKING ON PEOPLE

Not exactly up there with his best, not surprisingly, but kind of cool to see all the same. Let's see if he can still dunk at age 63, as Dr J recently did.
