Seems like Andrew Bynum's on the Heat radar now, if and when he gets waived which seems possible atm. What a mess. You got a headcase in Beasley, kneeless Oden false beacon of hope, and now you want to add a player who wants to quit playing basketball but start a bowling career. The Heat are done and done and done.

Bynum could learn a lot about work ethic from Oden...

Nah. Heat could use a guy like Bynum, that is if he is playing Basketball with his heart. That way they won't feel ashamed whenever playing with the Pacers or Thunder.

It just sucks to know that there are many players who want to join the NBA but can't because they don't have the ability or the physical gifts. Yet Bynum just takes his skill and body for granted. He will be a fit for the Heat he can just laze off because they have the Big 3 and maybe he will work harder because he has a greater chance to win the championship.

Stop imposing on Bynum on what he should do with his life.
If he wants to go bowling and dancing instead of using his post moves that Dwight Howard could only dream of then good for Bynum.

It's just sad that a good talent has to be wasted like that. A player like DJ Mbenga should have utilised Bynum's talent better

Wasted? In that case anyone who has a big dick should do porn else they'd be wasting it.

At first glance it looks like he 'wasted' his talent but he already did more than the average NBA player by earning his $$$$$$$$ and winning a ring.
It's not like he drugged, gambled, or boozed himself out of the league. He just doesn't care anymore because he's not interested in it in the first place. If he continued he'd just be going through the motions of his career and simply doing it for the paycheck like Derrick Coleman.

Of course supporting himself and paying the bills is as good as any reason not to quit on his job but if he can find a way to finance his bowling and dancing activities then good for him for living the life he wants and not wasting it doing something he doesn't like then maybe he can be a professional pinball player someday.

On the other hand he can go fuck himself for that 2012-2013 season.

How could the Heat use a guy like Bynum? The Heat play aggressive defense based on constant switching and rotations, they need mobile players which Bynum most definitely isn't and he doesn't defend picks at all. On the offensive end, Bynum is a black hole - which is essentially what he's always been, except now he's shooting 45.6% TS. And sure, they could use somebody to at least attempt defending Hibbert for a series against the Pacers, but isn't that exactly why they signed Oden?

I don't get why Spo played Wade today.

As Karim Abdul said, Bynum has potential but lacks commitment. And mentally he isn't that sound. I mean seriously? Banging the coach's wife?

But getting Bynum would be similar to Beasley and Oden(if he really exists), a "no risk/high reward situation". In 24 games with the Cavaliers, Bynum averaged 8 points and 5 rebounds with 20mpg. Surely that can be improved. But the question is if there is enough time left in the season to get Bynum into the kind of mental and physical shape required to play championship ball.

Remember the Conference finals last year? Where Hibbert almost turned Bosh into a teenage girl? That's what I was talking about. And about Oden, do we really know that he will be a healthy dude in the playoffs?

If Heat are gonna get Bynum, it should be a non guaranteed contract.

Tony Parker, Jason Richardson, and Andrew Bynum should be teammates.

LeBron: ‘At this point, I can’t’ see leaving Miami
I can't either. Other teams endlessly fucked up while the Heat remains to be the sexiest place for LeBron.

Every eyes will be on Wade though as there's expectation for him to take a paycut. I doubt it though and I don't blame him. He already did once. It's also Micky Arison's turn to cough up some dollars.

Agreed. If any of Miami's big three ends up leaving due to money/the luxury tax, I don't see it being LeBron.

I'm guessing he'd be the most likely out of the three, if it comes to that.

It would have been nice to land one of the waived players but It looks like the Heat are gonna come out a loser and empty handed. I guess the last spot will be spent on some bum that everyone didn't care for entire season. I can't think of anyone worthy from FA pool atm. (N)

Not really excited about signing DeAndre Liggins instead of Caron Butler, but hey, 7 wins in a row, can't complain. Oden with 8 points and 4 rebounds is also pleasant news.

But will he be playoffs ready or will it be like this till the next season? Because Battier cant' play shit atm. We need Bosh to play PF & Oden/Bird at C. And why isn't Toney Douglas playing that much?

Agree. KD still leads the MVP race, with a slight margin, atleast. But I see LeBron winning this one (Not because I'm a fan lmao).

It's both sad and good that people only remember/judge you as your last game/decision.

Just look at the idiots on NBA.com, ranking LeBron at No 1.

What a joke.

NBA.com has had LeBron at #1 from last week.

But this week, I do agree with them. LeFucKing James for MVP. Shit just got real for KD. LeBron playing at his highest VS KD playing at his highest.

He is showing that against 76ers as well. Dropped 42 with 9 boards & 3 assists.

If the Thunder finishes the season with best record(or close second to IND), that should be the end of this discussion, LBJ won't stand no real chance. KD will have carried his team half the season w/o second best player yet have the best record in the league. That probably will be media's core argument for KD votes over LBJ.
