Yeh, Curry played defence and Thomas tried to emphasise how rare an occasion it was to see him play on that end of the floor.

Depending on how the Knicks play, they could win anywhere between 40 and 50... Last season, I went with them to make the playoffs but they went shit in the last two months of the regular season. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

And will Nate Robinson get Stephon's starting job this season?

To be fair, injuries killed their playoff chances last season.

You really think so, Amp? If the Knicks can play a LITTLE defense, I feel they can win 45-50 games in the east.

nah, now 2-6, same record as seattle who started 0-6...gave miami their only win this year.. for some reason the knicks are just not a great basketball team when it comes to team ball it never seems to work. maybe marbury is a cancer waiting to be traded who knows.

But David Lee is still playing well. Why can't Isiah realise that he needs guys like Lee and Balkman in a good basketball team?

I've lost all faith in this team, and they haven't even played a month of the season yet. Isiah Thomas and James Dolan have really messed up this franchise.

What do you call a power forward that averages 7 rebounds?
A small forward.

Here's more bad news for us diehard Knicks fans. Get ready for more losing seasons.

Knicks are a mess. They have got to trade Marbury... however, I dont think anyone wants that nutter.

I don't think the question is whether the Knicks can trade him or not, but if they would be better off just buying out his contract. They really need to clean up their image soon, IMO they should take a look at what the Blazers did and consider trading some of their talent away for character - sure, they would probably loose even more for a few years, but playing in NY, they should be able to attract some star free agents down the road.

Keep David Lee, Balkman and Collins, everyone else is expendable.

Zeke kicked the team out of practice yesterday for "lack of hustle". Can you believe this sh!t?

Curry has at least actually been playing like an all-star.

And the Knicks have been great on the offensive boards. Terrible on the defensive boards though.

this team is a diaster, disappointing many fans. Hopefully they can turn it around like Miami and Chicago probably will do since they also siting at the bottom with the knicks.

45 point blowout by the Celtics.... :surrender:
Knicks should be happy this was not a home game. Would have been booed out of the building...

Much as I hate Reggie Miller, the bitch is right. This organization is a league-wide joke, an embarrassment to the Knick teams of the 70s & 90s. I'm sick of Isiah, sick of Marbury, sick of Richardson running his mouth, sick of Eddy Curry, sick of Jim Dolan and sick of Steve Mills. This is the dumbest team I've ever seen on a basketball court.

BLOW IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree....blow it up....even if it means dealing fan favourite & personal favourite David Lee....if they're going to blow it up, they might need to deal him to get value back....

I'd like to see Lee stay though, but I'll support him if he were to go....

It's over, abhi. The Knicks franchise is officially dead until we get a new owner. Dolan is so stupid and stubborn, he'll keep Isiah just to prove the media and fans wrong.

its my opinion that neither isiah or marbury have any place in the nba anymore. isiah has been nothing but a joke since he retired and all he has done since he called it quits was ruin his own name.

personally i loved lasts nights game. marbury and a few of the other knicks thought it would be a good idea to bash the celtics and say they were not as good as people thought they were, and that kg is not really all that good, so to me, i was very pleased with lasts night results. would have been happier if not for nate at the buzzer

Will never happen, abhi. The Knicks(and Rangers) are a cash cow for MSG, even when they suck. In other words, real Knicks fans are screwed.
