8-6 after All-Star break now. Moar of the same, we got beat up in the paint and lacked the rebounding(2 by Bosh). Outplayed at PG as well. Same ole sam ole Heat story.

Fantastic job on the board. For a moment, I thought Bosh was finally going to get double digit in rebound. But overall fine effort.
Dirk came out pretty hot but went cold in the second half.

Steve Nash open to playing for Miami Heat in '12-13MIAMI— Imagine all the disgruntled fans if the Miami Heat landed another future Hall of Famer.
It's possible after what Phoenix Suns guard Steve Nash said Thursday during a radio interview. He discussed the possibility of joining the Heat next season while on the Dan Patrick Show.
Nash, 38, is a free agent this summer. The two-time NBA MVP said he could see himself playing alongside LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.
"I'd listen," Nash said. "[James] is phenomenal. I love what they're doing there. A lot of people don't like them because they put all that talent together. But they're professional, they play hard, they play together. Their coaching staff has done a great [job]."
The Heat drew criticism when Bosh and James joined Wade in the summer of 2010. Nash is still playing at a high level despite his age. He is averaging 12 points and a league-leading 11 assists.
Nash has yet to win a title in 16 seasons. He said he would not return to Phoenix unless he is surrounded by a team that could compete for a championship.
"I'm not coming back to the Suns if there isn't improvement," Nash said during the interview.

That'd be another major coup for the Heat. If what they have now isn't enough to get the job done this season, adding Nash to the big three plus a few other competent role players is very likely to get it done in 2013.

The problem could be, that Nash needs the ball on his hands to create plays and points... LeBron & Wade are willing to give the ball?
Sun Apr 01, 2012 2:21 pm
I think they'd be willing to give it a try.
Sun Apr 01, 2012 4:42 pm
I like the idea though regardless of outcome this season. Despite getting a true center is a priority, I don't think we will get anyone really capable at mid-level exception unless Kaman goes bonkers(which I don't think he will. He opted to stay with NOH to chase the stats as he gets fair bit of touches with them, meaning upping his value for the offseason signing.). As for Nash, he's a proven two time MVP star player. If you can land him at mid level, you should. And trade Chalmers + scrubs for a decent big.

lol. Norris Cole sucks. Better to have Chalmers backing Nash than Cole.

Heat now 9-1 without Wade. LeBron looks so much more comfortable without Wade on the floor.
Dwyane Wade for Rudy Gay and Marc Gasol. Who says no?

Chris Bosh plays like a sissy girl. Was nice seeing KG get in to his T-Wolves days groove, he looked all young.

KG just couldn't miss yesterday. The Celtics are gearing up at the right time while the Heat aren't. But I think we will be fine come the playoffs time, just like last year.

My heart still sores.

Lebron WOULD go bananas the day AFTER my fantasy season ended.
Tue Apr 17, 2012 7:28 pm
He often went bananas this season as the stats suggest. But just like any other years, they went mostly unnoticed and got less praises compared to Kobe's special moments. If you noticed, not that many(medias & hoop fanz) talk about today's great performance which actually is truly amazing, 17 last points all being clutch shots. Imagine if Kobe pulled that, everybody would be going bananas themselves.
For most players, they'd be lucky to pull a night like this for once in their entire career. But for Lebron, he was able to do it every now and then that it became no more of special news.

A close loss to the Wizards at home, with two of the team's best players sitting out. Sounds familiar...I can relate to the disappointment Heat fans are no doubt feeling after today's game.
Sun Apr 22, 2012 5:08 pm
Two of the team's best player were resting but the bigger news was Wade getting injured just 2:40 minutes into the game.
DAMN IT! I WISH HE was the one that was getting the rest over Lebron. Wade just can't buy a break this season.
Sun Apr 22, 2012 7:36 pm
He expects to be ready for the Playoffs, though. It could be worse.

Not to shit on the thread, but I find it funny that a Heat fan wanted the Heat to win because Two of the team's best player were resting. I see a good amount of stupidity there.
how do you feel now?
LOSERHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Wed Apr 25, 2012 1:57 pm
Impressive. But I think you can do better.
Wed Apr 25, 2012 2:18 pm
You stepped up but I've seen better.
