Well statistically he deserves it. I mean I don't think anybody ever expected him to play this good even when he signed his max contract. I'm hoping out of respect of his play so far this season he makes it. It would be a travesty if he didn't.

as with all things, team record will decide

Another road win out west for this team! Maybe this season can be saved. Charlie Bell put up a career high 28 points. Had a real nice game.
CV is back on wednesday, so maybe the team can get on a roll.
EDIT:
Another win today. Topped the sonics at home as the team slowly climbs back up to .500. Bogut put up some nice numbers, and Patterson has been playing awesome of late. With CV back hopefully this team will get on a roll.
On another note, Charlie Rosen is a dick with his criticism of Bogut. Just because he has been somewhat inconsistent doesn't mean he can't play in this league. What a tool.
Thu Dec 21, 2006 4:11 pm
Mo had a triple double tonight against the heat! Bogut played awesome and CV and Bell put up nice numbers off the bench. Hopefully this starts the team on a roll so we can get back to .500 and secure a playoff position.
Keep it up boys!

I don't know where to post this put I just saw this pic on Yahoo
Is it just me or does Damir Markota's hat say "Fucks"?

Another win, with Bell, Redd and Mo putting up solid numbers. Bogut played fairly well, having team high assists and rebounds, but didn't shoot great.
Now the Bucks are in 8th spot in the East, getting on a decent roll and heading towards an easier 2nd half of the season schedule wise. Once Cv fully recovers from his shoulder tendinitis and Ruben comes back this team could take an even bigger step forward.
Sun Dec 24, 2006 3:42 am
I wouldn't say that he didn't shoot well Ty, he was only one made shot off shooting 50%....
my question is why does Andrew only get 7-8 shots per night?!? at least his assist numbers suggest they were running it through him more....since we don't really get many games it's hard for me to say, but can anyone explain, or is this just because the team revolves around the smalls in Redd, Mo Williams & Charlie Bell....
did anyone see what happened with alteration between Bogut & Ricky Davis & KG?!?
Sun Dec 24, 2006 4:17 am
Yes...Ricky and Bogut got into it. It looked as though Ricky was just messing around with Bogut and then Bogut flipped and shoved him away. Garnett then got into Bogut's face for shoving Ricky.
Sun Dec 24, 2006 4:31 am
okay, cheers for that....so it was more or less like what was described in the game's recap....just checking if there was anymore to it, which it doesn't sound like there was....
Sun Dec 24, 2006 1:37 pm
it's a shame when Mo Williams shoots more than Michael Redd...he's Mike James 2.0
Tue Jan 09, 2007 5:23 pm
Well another injury makes life peachy. The IR list now stands at Redd, CV31, Mo Williams and Bobby Simmons.
Our current starting line-up will look something like:
Pg - Blake
Sg - Bell
Sf - Patterson
Pf - Skinner
C - Bogut
With a bench of Gadz, Ilyasova, Noel, Greer, Markota
Hmmm
Curse our luck. At least Bogut is now the man, hopefully he will see a few more touches. I wonder if we will sign a free agent soon?
Tue Jan 09, 2007 5:53 pm
Redd's out 4-6 weeks right?
Tue Jan 09, 2007 6:52 pm
Yep. Mo's diagnosis isn't known for sure yet, but looks like he will miss at least a game or 2.
Mon Jan 29, 2007 9:36 am
yay!!!!!!
Finally a win, even though it's over the Knicks.
Mo lit it up in his return, and Bogut had a nice game. Good alround game with a few players scoring in double figures. Hopefully we'll get on a roll and back in the playoff picture.
With CV and Mo back, and Redd only a matter of days away we should be able to make our way back into playoff contention.

cant wait till mike gets back, he announced that he will be back on the 6th of february for the magic game
Sun Feb 04, 2007 4:45 pm
Yeah Redd is back against orlando I believe.
Hopefully it stems the tide of losses. So depressing the season so far.
Bogut played well against the Pistons the other day, not enough for the W though.
Why in God's name hasn't Stott's been fired yet? Only way to redeem this season is to fire Stott's and provide some hope for the future.

I agree, we need to fire stotts imediatly. Even though Redd is coming back, it doesnt mean automatic victories, although he WILL provide some needed firepower.

Why do you blame the injuries on Stotts, the Bucks were on a roll and then everyone got injured. Stotts can run the team good, and he is a good coach. You put Phil Jackson as the Bucks coach over the strech with the injuries and he couldn't have won much either. There was never a good coach that did well with 80% of there startng line up as of the begining of the season injured. According to you Pat Riley should have been fired because the Heat stunk due to injuries.

I don't blame Stotts for the injuries. I blame Stotts for not getting the Bucks over .500 since he's been in charge; for failing to make the team improve defensively at all; for failing to live up to his promise of including Bogut in the offence consistently; for making poor substitutions, including poor rotations having 3 PG's on the court, with Ruben at the 4 and Bogut in the middle; I blame him for making this team so focussed on perimetre shooting; and I blame him for failing to keep the team motivated and as a result them giving up when they fall behind.
Any good coach wouldn't make all of these mistakes. And any good coach would preach defence and as a result improvements would be made in that area.
Therefore you ranting accusations are far from correct. Riley is one of the greatest coaches ever. He doesn't make these errors of judgement. So before you go accuse me of implying such things, perhaps you better consider that I'm not naive about the various facets of coaching basketball and that you need to have some facts to support your ignorant claims.
Anyway, Bucks got a win today by shooting a ridiculous percentage. Finally Charlie and Earl stopped shooting like spastics, and CV had a nice game. Hopefully with Redd due back soon we can make a run towards the playoffs, but with the teams porous defence there isn't a lot of hope.

Anyone think that mike will play against the hornets tonight?
Fri Feb 09, 2007 3:42 am
The Bucks cut Julius Hodge.
I agree that we need a new coach. This just isnt working. We got the good GM, but that wont mean squat if we dont have a good coach.

Redd is out as far as I know, but will most likely play against Denver.
Hodge has been cut so we can sign another big because Gadz is injured for 6 weeks and Skinner is didn't make the trip to the Hornets game due to flu-like symptoms. Therefore Reiner has been signed.
Wish the Bucks gave Hodge more of a chance, but we are pretty stacked at the 2/3 with Redd, Bell, Patterson, Noel, Ilyasova.
Sat Feb 10, 2007 2:59 pm
Anybody think that the bucks should just give up the season, so they could have a good draft pick? I would like them to finish over 40 games, but sonetimes I think that it won't happen, even when Redd comes back we'll have a long road ahead of us and it won't be easy.
Thu Feb 15, 2007 1:49 pm
Well we just to the Celtics by 20+ points. Yes, that's right, the team that had just lost 18 in a row massacred us.
If Terry Stotts is back after the All Star break I'm going to fly to Milwaukee and take a shit on the steps of the Bradley Centre.
Something needs to change. Bogut had 7 shots, 6 in the first half. After the 1st quarter he hardly ever touched the ball, even though he had 6 pts and 5 ast in the opening term. When they stopped going into the post (where Skinner was playing exceptionally well too) the Celtics exploded and took the lead. If I can see a pattern here, I assume an NBA quality head coach would too.
Fri Feb 16, 2007 9:35 am
Yeah, I heard on the news that Stotts might be fired after the all star break, only a rumor though.
