It'd be unorthodox, but like you said, it'd throw the defense for a loop. That Booker shot is insane.

My favorite mix of all time. I actually got to meet the person who edited it... who had to have gotten a bit weirded out from my fanboying.
Recently found this footage again....
I think we talked about this HD Jordan footage before on NLSC

Totally random video, but this is when I was first getting into the league... such an unconventional scorer; gotta love the Dirk-esque fadeaways

Last night on the NBA channel, they showed Game 6 of the 1976 ABA Finals, Nuggets vs Nets at the Nassau Coliseum(the last ABA game before the merger). It was so cool listening to Dr.J & Brian Taylor giving their observations. I lived in Uniondale at the time and I remember watching it on TV. Little did we know it would be the last time we'd see the Doctor in a Nets uniform.

For people who have forgotten how athletic vince was (me).

The amazing thing is he's still got it, at least to a very respectable extent. He was still doing between-the-legs dunks last year at age 40.

Very cool. It's always fun to see some rare photos and footage, such as classic moments from different angles, and it seems quite a few of them have emerged in recent years. Back in the day there were certain clips, certain angles that were always shown when it came to the famous highlights. There's nothing wrong with them of course, but it is interesting to see them in a new way.

This one is amazing IMO : one of the greatest shot all time, you cant really appreciate Ehlo's defense on usual cam but on this one, you understand he did the best he could, but the guy in 23 jersey was

Came up in my feed today. Sprewell's dunks were often vicious, and entertaining.

Despite 4.5M views and it being LeBron, I still feel like this is a bit underrated; if I hadn't caught the game live, I don't know if I'd ever know about. It hasn't really ever appeared in my feed or anything.

Now this is classic, not as in retro, but as a noun.
The guy who made this was on a mission from God; either that, or he had too much time on his hands.

"Finding Big Country"
I came across this gem today,
A girl growing up in Vancouver as a diehard Grizzlies fans coming to terms with the loss of the franchise to Memphis tracks down Bryant "Big Country" Reeves in his home town.
If you are a fan of 90's basketball you will like this, Reeves through injury will be considered a bust but there was much more to it and I always like hearing "where are they now" story's which is one thing I love about Twitter is speaking to ex NBA players who now the dust has settled have the time to interact and share story's. If you have a spare 40 minutes check this video out.

Thanks for sharing, this was great.
He seems like a great guy, I always thought he was a solid player, but now I'm an even bigger fan.
