Gotta love Spo still starting Big Z and Bibby, combined 27 minutes and -37. Meanwhile Joel comes in and scores twice as many points as Bosh.
I wish Spo stopped being an idiot and started Joel and Chalmers and activating Haslem to play the back-up minutes, so the Heat can cut that shitass Ilgauskas from the rotation. In this series, even Dampier would be better.
Only LeBron and Wade played more minutes then Joel, what's the point of falling to a 10-point deficit every 1st and 3rd quarter when Ilgauskas starts.

They are veterans and leaders who have been to the playoffs and deep in them. Winners who have proven themselves unlike Chalmers and Anthony.

Watching Spo's post game interview was painful. He always spews his regular lines of cliches.
Even Sheed's "both teams played hard" was much fun to listen to than Spo's.

Yeah, but they are like -10 every game, including the Philly series, while Joel and Chalmers are usually +15. It's not worth it. Starting with a faster pace would be better, Chalmers and Anthony on the floor with the big three has been their best line-up by far.

Why do you keep asking? You've mentioned it 5 or 6 times in this thread and the other Celtics threads in the last couple of weeks.
Do you really need the kudos?

HE HAS ASPERGERS! HE NEEDS THE ATTENTION WHORING!

Look, I've talked to my sources and they told me that you win with veterans and slowing things to a crawl not nobodies and especially never with a fast pace. Most of my sources hadn't even heard of Joel Anthony, all of them know who All-Star Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Max Player Mike Bibby was though. Case closed.

Well played.

...and then stripped the ball from Bosh, ran half the court and dunked the ball.

i was happy to see KG finally start playing basketball again in game 3.

Awesome press conference interview of Bosh
Mon May 09, 2011 1:37 am
Yeah KG was incredible. 28-18 and killed Bosh. Also it was nice to see Shaq back, I remember a huge no-look pass from him.

After game 3, Heat doesn´t deserve to win the series.
How is possible that playing against 4 players in the floor (Rondo, Pierce, Allen, KG, Shaq), yes 4 players, ´cause Rondo wasn´t in good conditions and still Chalmers was afraid when he was defending him... they couldn´t came back and hit the biggest upset for Celtics fans?!
Heat doesn't play with feeling and that will be their doom
Mon May 09, 2011 11:23 am
Sauru sighting.

Gutsy performance by Rondo to come back after that sickening fall, sounds like he's determined to play the rest of the series but he might get overruled on that one. KG was looking pretty spry out there while Bosh flat out disappeared, the screengrab that Ben posted sums it up. LeBron was kind of quiet as well.

How ironic. Cuz I thought the Celtics didn't deserve to win the series after 2 games.
People are dumb thinking this game was as lopsided as the final score board shows and is super alarming for the Heat. But don't forget the first 2 quarters after, the Heat were leading. The Celtics for the first time in this series, were able to get their lock down defense going, on their home court. Props to them. The Heat are a great road team, and should be ready better for game 4. With adjustments, game 4 will sure be a different one.

i say if rondo wants to play you let him. maybe you dont start him but you let him play. if the celtics get by the heat they gotta be the fav to win it all so do what you can to make it happen
Mon May 09, 2011 2:31 pm
I think Dallas or Memphis beat Boston in a 7 game series

In basketball terms I'm inclined to agree, but taking other issues into account - insurance, for example - overriding doctor's advice might not be advisable or even feasible.

Let me add OKC too. Bulls and Hawks would sweep them in 4.

I'm a huge Delonte fan. he plays solid defense (he shut down Rip & Joe Johnson in consecutive sweeps in 2009) and also is a good shooter unlike the other pgs on boston. let him play!

That's something Celtics and Heat fan could agree on, especially since Dallas did us a favor kicking Lakers' ass. Meaning after this series, a winner team can celebrate 2 series early for their ring.
Mon May 09, 2011 11:00 pm
Is that right? Because I remember the Bulls sweeping the Heat during the regular season. The Bulls didnt sweep the Celtics but they destroyed them the last two games they played each other. Rondo was totally outclassed by D-Rose and barely put up a fight. He's definitely going to get owned with one arm. Heat and Celtic fans are getting cocky already.
Mon May 09, 2011 11:06 pm
Also considering that the Grizzlies at their best can beat the Heat. Heat have no one that can stop Z-Bo and Gasol.
Tue May 10, 2011 2:29 am
Joel Anthony can stop them, at the same time, right?
