Dwight stated " somethings has to change in this organization" and " If we are hungry and focused on winning, then count me in!!!!"
He said that he wont mention players who are not playing all out towards winning a Ring. Well I'll help Dwight one is Gilbert Arenas who is playing lousily and very low level compared to his real capabilities.
This is one day after Dwight Howard expressed being upset making trades that the Orlando Magic organization did, while not consulting him and the rest of the team.

I guess Otis Smith should start listening to Dwight's suggestions get Josh Smith or Monta Eliis.

He also said reiterated that he'd like to be traded. Seems he's still open to the possibility of staying if the Magic can work some miracles and will give it his all as long as he's in Orlando, but if the Magic can't make some big moves he would prefer to move on. He seems a little conflicted in that interview to be honest.

from the word "count me in" means he wants to stay.. he said this statement earlier in youtube that he wants to stay in Orlando.. He just wants changes.. i think if the Magic did not make a move and Dwight is not satisfied, they will trade him before the trade deadline

He'll do his job and give it his all as long as he's with the Magic. At the same time though, he's not backing away from the trade request.

I think it's more a case of the Magic liking the offer they're getting in return.

But I think the past seasons Otis did his job already, making numerous Blockbuster deals(3 to be specific) he made 2 Blockbuster deals in one day.
So what Howard do expect from Otis in terms of Changes? I think he just need to play better ball and stop consistently blaming the management!

Blockbuster deals are not necessarily good deals. The big deals that Smith made last season definitely did not work out for the better. The Carter trade wasn't a disaster but ultimately didn't get the results they wanted either.

Agreed, but still it counts as changes, if that is Dwight is emphasizing. Still Superman should somehow acknowledge Otis Smith's effort and stop whining about decision making. Superman stated that "every GM should have a good relationship not only to his best player but all players".
Kobe who requested a trade back in 2007 had already 3 Rings. And after that Kobe complained about Bynum should be trade for Kidd before he was sent to Dallas.
And now Kobe is pissed off Lamar Odom deal. This isnt a good relationship either with Lakers GM but Kobe managed to get 5 rings.
So I think Dwight better focus on his game rather than blaming his teammates and the front office.

It's only a pre-season. I can't imagine Howard copping out during the regular season like Vince did as a Raptor. If he ever does, he's likely to go ont my dislike list as well.
