New 08-09 Logos / Jerseys [2 new jerseys!]

I'm not saying they should change their logo but if they were doing so to distance themselves from the Charlotte days, you'd think they'd opt for a design that was completely different.

I still don't get why the Hornets would wanna change their colors. They were pretty good looking and definitely unique. When I saw that green and yellow I immediately thought of that team. Now they're just like so many other teams. Kind of identity-less colorwise.

i think they need to make a completely new render of a hornet from a 3/4 angle, but model it after the hornet in that alternate logo...and of course, make it bad-ass looking

In all seriousness, the new jerseys are uninspired and lame, and the logo is also a downgrade. Blue/dark blue color schemes for everyone! (How much you want to bet that the OKC *insert lame team name here*s has that color scheme?)

and yeah, i wouldnt be surprised if OKC NBA goes with some blues for their color scheme just so it'll be hip and trendy and the kids will buy it

the "flower" thing in the back is called the Fleur De Lis. It's a symbol of the French monarchy under the House of Bourbon (like Bourbon street [rue de Bourbon] in New Orleans). it's just a reference to the FRench roots of the city. Orleans is a French city.

I don't know what you guys are talking about, I think that if New Orleans made that their primary it would be the best logo in the NBA.

New Orleans should ask the Jazz for their nickname back, or they could swap, after all Utah is the "Beehive state," it would make more sense than the Utah Jazz.
