I'd prefer to ditch the T/F section altogether as it just gets too complicated. I like the suggestion about expanding on the answer a bit, I tried to do that a couple of times in the first two rounds so I'll try and do it a bit more often.

Too bad. i missed the time when in Europe, to get the second free throw after a foul, you needed to score the first one. It would be something like that... Good times!

Alright, we're ready to go. The following changes have been made, effective as of Round Three:

True or False has been replaced by another round of questions worth three points, titled And-One.

Each player may answer up to three (3) questions per round. Players may answer additional questions if any remaining questions are announced as being open to all players, regardless of whether they have answered three questions or not.

So, without any further ado...

Round Three
    Free Throws
  1. [s]Which two players currently hold the record for most three pointers made in a single game?[/s]
  2. [s]Which two players currently hold the record for most three pointers made in a single game without a miss?[/s]
  3. [s]Who was the last rookie to start an NBA Finals game?[/s]
  4. [s]How many more wins did the Boston Celtics have in 2007/2008 compared to 2006/2007?[/s]
  5. [s]What is the name of the NBA's only (as of this moment) active female referee?[/s]

    Field Goals
  6. [s]Before Kevin Garnett, when was the last time the NBA Champion boasted the Defensive Player of the Year?[/s]
  7. [s]How many of Hall of Fame forward Rick Barry's sons have played in the NBA?[/s]
  8. [s]Against whom did Kobe Bryant score 56 points during the 2002/2003 season?[/s]
  9. [s]Who has the third best career scoring average behind Michael Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain?[/s]
  10. [s]Which player holds the record for most free throws attempted in a single game without making any of them?[/s]

    Three Pointers
  11. [s]Against which opponent did both Isiah Thomas and John Stockton register their 9000th career assist?[/s]
  12. [s]In which decade were the most first time champions crowned?[/s]
  13. [s]Bobcats' coach Larry Brown is a one time NBA Coach of the Year. How many times did he win the honour in the ABA?[/s]
  14. [s]Who has the distinction of leading both the NBA and ABA in all-time career field goal percentage?[/s]
  15. [s]Which two former NBA Finals MVPs were once traded for one another?[/s]

    And-One
  16. [s]Who holds the record as the oldest player to play in the BAA/NBA?[/s]
  17. [s]Who was the tallest player in the BAA's first year of play?[/s]
  18. [s]Which original BAA team folded in 1949 after going 12-48?[/s]
  19. [s]Which team originally drafted the legendary George Mikan?[/s]
  20. [s]Which league was the first to experiment with a three point line?[/s]

    Bonus Question
  21. [s]For five points...aside from all being point guards, what do Speedy Claxton, Muggsy Bogues, Mookie Blaylock and Mark Price all have in common?[/s]

Remember, just three questions per round until such time as any remaining questions are opened up to all players, regardless of whether they've answered any or not.

8. No one. I don't think he had a 56pt game in 2002/2003.

11. Los Angeles Clippers?

I don't really know the rules, I should have probably read them before posting this. =_=

16.) Who holds the record as the oldest player to play in the BAA/NBA?
Robert Parish was my original answer, than I remembered that I had been asked this before and proved wrong because of some guy who only played one game.

I don't want to cheat and google it, but I believe his name was Matt Hickey.

19.) Which team originally drafted the legendary George Mikan?
Chicago American Gears

Number 9 is a great question, but who had the best ppg average for a season, not named Jordan or Wilt?

5. Correct. Violet Palmer and Dee Kantner were the first female referees employed by the NBA.
15. Correct, in 1985. The Celtics would go on to win the championship and Walton would be named Sixth Man of the Year.
21. Correct, though that's not actually the answer I was thinking of. I'll give you the five points for that one, but another five points is up for grabs if anyone else can get it (it has nothing to do with being under a certain height or weight, either).

Alejandrov011
7. Correct. Their brother Scooter (born Richard Francis Barry) never played in the NBA but has played professionally in the CBA, the Australian NBL, France, Germany and Spain.
13. Correct. Before he was a coach, he also played point guard for five different ABA clubs between 1968 and 1972.

For everyone who answered question eight, I messed up on that one; I was referring to his 55 point game against the Wizards. I'll give all of you (airBerlin, Dustball and phanos) the points on that one.

airBerlin
11. Correct

Dustball
1. Correct
9. Correct

14. Correct
20. Incorrect

Indy
16. Correct. Matthew "Nat" Hickey is the oldest player to see action in a BAA or NBA game at 45 years, 363 days back in 1948.
19. Correct. The club dropped out of the NBL when Mikan joined the Minneapolis Lakers.

phanos
2. Half-right, but you needed both of them for the points. There is another player who shares the record.
3. Correct
18. Correct

dansensei
4. Correct, for the largest single season turnaround to date.
6. Correct

That was the first thing that came to mind, as the Warriors tried them all as point guards with "great" success.

All four of them go by or are listed by names that are not their first names.
Which league was the first to experiment with a three point line?

American Basketball League.
Who was the tallest player in the BAA's first year of play?

Some jerk named Ralph Siewert.

EDIT: Found the rules. Removed hint, even though it should be so obvious it could be guessed.

2. Half-right, but you needed both of them for the points. There is another player who shares the record.

Andrew is already a third of his way to owning one of his jerseys for every three pointer he made!

Do I get a follow up? Ben gordon did that last in 06 against the wizards. Do i get an offensive rebound, too, or do we credit benji with the assist?
Plus, I shouldn't get a point for the 55 point game, it was my 4th question, and I just wanted to clarify things up.

I know, I overlooked that connection. I should've picked someone else instead of Mark Price.
