Dwight's routine has been like that. I also notice that he's moving slow when he's on the line. On the Kidd routine, he had already changed that.

And,  on Hubie Brown's remark on the 10 sec. violation.  :bowdown2: :bowdown2:

Not a routine, but Nick Van Exel free-throw always surprise me as a kid and when he was still in Dallas.

Hayes is shooting 76% this year (45-59) so he has definitely been working on it.

I was just about to say that Hayes' s free throws have improved drastically this year, but you beat me to it.

I watched the Rockets-Heat game and he was 7-8 in that game. The commentaries also said he has worked on it.

Even if he worked on it, I've said it 1000 times, Hayes' free throws win by a landslide

Here are some interesting mix vid, since I couldn't find one on Karl Malone alone. Did he ever mention what he was mumbling about? I always found it annoying as fuck. Rofl... Also Jerry Stackhouse one was funny.

I don't think Malone ever revealed what he was saying at the free throw line. I seem to recall him joking about revealing it once he retired but I can't remember him ever commenting on it beyond that.

Mine. Step to the line, take a deep breath and then shoot it like Redick.

Not the best but Jerry Stackhouse takes a dump at the FT line before shooting.

At the beginning of practice, our team takes 5 free throws each. There are 10 of us and if we make 40 free throws in a practice, we get pizza afterwards. :D yesterday we got 17. I made ZERO. :( One guy actually took a couple Chuck Hayes free throws, and he made one!
