hmm. numbers seem productive. hopefuly can do good in nba too

I think he'll help the Grizzlies out, he was great in the olympics leading in rebounds and blocks.
Fri Aug 29, 2008 6:03 pm
Yeah, I was impressed by his stats during the Olympics. And I love rebounding and blocking machines.
It could be that he won't be that productive in scoring but he will still reject a good amount of shots.

The Grizz will not use him properly. He will play 15 minutes

You contradicted yourself in that post, big time.

He's argentinian, the new Pinoy. They're allowed.

That's what happens when the moderators are extremely lax. "Minor" offenses such as spam go unpunished.

If you have a problem with the moderating, you can raise your concerns through the appropriate channels but frankly I don't see how Alejandrov011's post was spam. Everyone's entitled to their opinion no matter how homerish or ignorant it may seem.

Nah, I was half making a generalization about his posts. and half joking. The moderating team is pretty good here. Sorry if I offended.

Not at all, I just wanted to make sure if there was a problem it could be dealt with. We've had too many issues in the past where concerns have been bottled up and it's led to blow ups which I'd rather avoid whenever possible.

Thanks Andrew
Now, Everybody's is talking of the Iranian, they are all throwing flowers to him like he's going to play 40 minutes a game
For me, playing 10-15 minutes is poor playing time. And the Grizz are going to do that. Maybe he won't play regularly until december
Sun Aug 31, 2008 5:37 pm
he's a 7 footer one way or the other he can contribute.
Sun Aug 31, 2008 10:00 pm
ha ha finally a player from our country can play in NBA .
he is great you will see his nice block shots against good players . he can shoot smoothly and run for 40 minuet .
you can ask luis scola by the way

I think that'd be pretty good already, that's plenty for a rookie that has everything to prove.
Mon Sep 01, 2008 4:47 am
considering they're bringing in Marc Gasol in too, I could see Haddadi getting less than 10 mpg
Mon Sep 01, 2008 11:39 am
There are
rumours of a trade with New York which would see the Grizzlies swap Darko for Zach Randolph. That would leave Gasol and Haddadi as the only centres on the roster, giving both the opportunity for ample PT.
Mon Sep 01, 2008 11:46 am
The Grizzlies would get ripped off big time if they made that trade.
Mon Sep 01, 2008 12:36 pm
whoever gets zack randolph will blow big time. worst teammate ever
Mon Sep 01, 2008 1:41 pm
Darko for Randolph?
I don't see why the trade. Milicic can develop as a good 4. He has good defensive skills and he still young
Mon Sep 01, 2008 1:59 pm
In an attempt to actually win some games (though it won't work, since Randolph's numbers come at the expense of his team), and the realization that Darko has never, and probably will never improve.
Mon Sep 01, 2008 9:23 pm
how did scouts rate darko so high to get him picked at #2 in wade, bron, melo class. i also didn't get why toronto picked barnani at #1. european 7 footers r 2 soft as hell, yet nba scouts so wanna find second dirk nobiskit.
anyways, i never thought randolph could be an impact player on any good winning team, so i don't think memphis will be happy with randork. as for darko, like lamrock said, darko hit the wall already and probably will never get to satisfy anyone in any city. it seems like this attempt is sorta like "better than doing nothing" concept from both teams. in the end, neither teams will be content with what they got from this trade.

Not just Wade, LeBron and Carmelo, Bosh as well, and many others. I don't like when people don't add Bosh in, he's a very nice player.

I don't like people if I can't pronounce their name. Doesn't he have a nick name we can go by?
