he may have this "incredible upside" but at some point you gotta think that either he never really had the upside and was already peaking or he will just neve realize his upside. either way it seems that it is is head that is going to prevent him from ever being a player of value

He has a sweet shot and can jump out of the building. Another team will likely take another shot to teach him how to play. ... Teams are not giving him away because they can't see the potential. It's there. But he has not shown that he sees what it will take to bring it out of him.
