Nike and the NBA Reveal First uniforms

Here is the first official reveal of the new jerseys released on the Kings section of NBA.com:

As of right now only the Kings jerseys have been revealed as well as a preview from the Warriors association(white) jersey:

Pretty solid. I'm hoping that teams with classic designs like the Bulls, Celtics, and Spurs don't have huge alterations, though.

It's definitely different.

Anything but the generic 2-color uniforms we've been wearing for the past few years now I guess.

They look like Hawks jerseys.

For some reason, I'm not feeling that. Hopefully an alternate.

They just unveiled those cavs jerseys and that pic is legit.

Apparently the Bulls plan on wearing red at home and white away which could get confusing. If home teams continue to wear white, the bulls could potentially wear their red jerseys (or a black alternate) for most of the season

Also read an article that cited Conrad saying that there's 8 teams with throwbacks this uear

I'm not thrilled about the Bulls breaking tradition there. I'll admit that it's kind of weird for me to say that as I do love the red jersey, but as I said in another thread, I like the consistency of the old approach, and am not a huge fan of colour vs. colour, as I feel one team wearing a predominantly white uniform makes for a more distinctive look. I'm glad they didn't heavily tweak the design itself, though.

Yeah the Cavs one definitely looks like the Hawks jersey, the others look just fine

Still not a fan of the "SAC" wordmark for the Kings, and the mismatched colors for wordmarks and numbers like that of the Cavs red uniforms.

Also not a fan of the new terminologies.

Yeah, I'm a bit iffy about the use of "SAC" and "CAVS", for the same reason I'm not a huge fan of the Hawks' "ATL" alternates. I suppose I don't mind "CAVS" too much, as the Cavaliers are frequently referred to by that nickname, but using team abbreviations just doesn't really appeal to me for some reason.

ATL isn't too bad as here in the states, Atlanta is commonly referred to as "The ATL". It's probably more common than Portland being called Rip City which I have never heard before

I have heard of Atlanta being called that, and in that respect it's fitting, but like I said, for some reason I just don't like the look of it on a jersey compared to the full city name or team nickname. I can't really explain why, though.

I was a big fan of the 2003 uniforms which these were derived from. It kinda devolved design-wise from there. RIP powder blue, and again, that horrible mismatching wordmark and number colors.

I liked the old navy jerseys as well, so those look pretty good to me.

Think I preferred the previous Suns jerseys. These ones feel a bit too plain; the sunburst made the previous one unique and was a nice throwback to the 90s design, suitably modernised.

Seems like Nike has been simplifying all of the collars

I don't mind that too much, though a little more variety would be nice.

I liked the Bucks' uniforms BUT still not a fan of that cream/beige colors for accents. It's barely visible.

Clippers blue was revealed this morning, in case you haven't seen it. Here's one of the rookies with a few more that haven't been revealed. Spurs wordmark has been altered slightly and I don't think we've seen the hawks one yet
I like that the hornets will be using the teal more often.



Also on Chris creamers site they showed the wolves jersey which doesn't look as bad as it did in that game screenshot. I kinda dog the look as its a bit different, similar to the wizards jersey
