1. The Bucks don't seem to meet the expectation to make the playoffs.
2. I think John Hammond is part of the problem and should be replaced by Etan Thomas.
3. Is Jason Kidd also part of the problem? Should he, after this season, be traded to PHX and replaced by Paul Pierce if Paul Pierce retires from playing as per NovU's wish?

What if Jose Morinho decides to change sport? Maybe he will save Milwaukee?

I don't think that will happen.
Like in everyone's beliefs on Jason Kidd, I think he should either be fired or traded to Phoenix.
I'll post a poll asking, "Who should replace Jason Kidd for the 2016-17 season?"

Looks like the bucks are the Suns of East. They need to retool.
I wish a lot of things but I am not sure I want to see Pierce coaching. That'd be Sauru. I would rather have KG to coach because of entertainment value. Too crazy to coach? Welp, this world itself is insane as it is already.

Pierce is said by a lot of basketball fans is the most preferred coach over KG. Pierce would make a good coach. KG won't.

A lot of fans are idiots.

We almost had a topic that didn't come down to random players replacing the head coach and/or members of the front office. So close. Also, while agreements have been worked out in certain situations where coaches have jumped ship, technically speaking, they can't be traded as players are.
The bottom line is that the East is better this year, and the Bucks are not good enough to remain competitive. They've got some promising young players, a couple of whom are already playing reasonably well, but it's not enough. One of their projected cornerstone players for the future, Jabari Parker, is coming off a knee injury that limited him to 25 games in his rookie season. Perhaps Jason Kidd is part of the problem, but I don't think a more accomplished coach would be doing amazing things with the roster they currently have.

Well, there is a bit of a mutiny. The fans and players all want Jerryd Bayless to be named player-coach, but Jason Kidd threw cold water on that idea. They also added Greg Monroe, who puts up numbers but has this uncanny knack for missing the playoffs.
Frankly I think the only thing they can do to turn this franchise around is send them to Seattle, brand them the SuperSonics, and forget the last nine seasons ever happened.

If you say that's the only way, there are other options to stay in Milwaukee.

Seattle? I think I heard about that ancient place.
The Bucks have reportedly made Greg Monroe available "at the right price."
"From what I’m hearing is they (the Bucks) are willing to trade anybody not named [Jabari] Parker, [Giannis] Antetokounmpo or [Kris] Middleton,’’ an NBA executive said. "I even heard they'd listen [to offers] for Parker and Middleton, but it would have to be some crazy offer."
Looks like the Bucks are ready to pull the plug on Kidd's mess. Greg Monroe and MCW probably will be shopped hard.

Really the solution is to have Nintendo buy the struggling Milwaukee franchise who invest money on building a new multi-purpose stadium that can hold an NHL and NBA team. While Nintendo applies for NHL expansion in Milwaukee, they hire Ken Griffey Jr as coach with Jeremy Roenick and Diego Maradona as assistant coaches. This will plant the roots of the NBA's next dynasty.

It's pretty clear what the Bucks problem is, no Zaza #nbaallstar

Fixed. Although Nintendo already owns the Seattle Mariners, so I think there might be rules against it.

Adam Silver seems like a pretty lax person. He'll allow it.

Monroe for Bairstow.

Seattle, Bairstow, formx, and Milwaukee Bucks. Sounds about right in terms of class.

The Brandon Knight for Carter-Williams swap hasn't helped Milwaukee. Neither did losing Pachulia.

Kurt Thomas is a bad choice, Etan Thomas would probably be a better choice, he can win over the agents and other GMs with his poetry and get favorable deals.

According to a well-esteemed poster here, Jason Kidd as already been fired.

Here are the list of things that Wes Edans should do to get Milwaukee back in the postseason:
1. Fire John Hammond for giving us a bad roster and hire Etan Thomas to help improve the roster
2. Tell Etan Thomas to fire Jason Kidd and name one of the twenty potential replacements that I listed on this Poll as replacement
3. Tell Etan to draft Jamal Murray and trade Khris Middleton
4. GET ETAN THOMAS TO TRY TO SIGN KEVIN DURANT! Durant might leave OKC and would be willing to go to Milwaukee if one of the potential replacements are like Gregg Popovich. Durant is a superstar
5. If Etan can sign Durant, tell Etan to trade Jabari Parker to Portland for Noah Vonleh
6. Bucks lineup should be this (if possible):
Center - Greg Monroe (Leader)
Power Forward - Giannis Antetokounmpo (Leader)
Small Forward - Kevin Durant (Leader)
Shooting Guard - Jamal Murray (Potential Lottery Rookie)
Point Guard - Michael Carter-Williams
6 - John Henson (Backup Center)
7 - Isaiah Cannan (Backup Point Guard)
8 - Noah Vonleh (Backup Power Forward)
9 - C. J. McCollum (Backup Shooting Guard)
10 - Jerryd Bayless (3rd String Shooting Guard)
11 - Tyler Ennis (3rd String Point Guard)
12 - K. J. McDaniels (Backup Small Forward)
13 - DeJuan Blair (3rd String Power Forward)
Reserve 1 - Miles Plumlee (3rd String Center)
Reserve 2 - Danuel House (3rd String Small Forward) (Potential 2nd Round Rookie)

Fixed with my suggestion.

Don't forget that Etan Thomas will also pry LeBron James away from Cleveland, and trade for Stephen Curry, things that John Hammond clearly doesn't want to do because he prefers the current team. Gregg Popovich is also clearly aching to jump ship from San Antonio, but with Hammond in charge, the Bucks sadly have no interest in signing him.
