After Dwight Howard and Yao Ming who would you rather have? Chris Kaman possibly; he has better numbers but they don't seem to be helping the Clippers all that much. Shaq is having trouble just staying on the court. Stoudemire is a forward playing out of position. Tyson Chandler is too one-dimensional. Same with Marcus Camby. Who else? Eddy Curry? Please. Ben Wallace? Funny.

Stan McNeal of the SportingNews.. Before the Andrew Bynum injury.

(This is just a copy-paste) .

Andrew Bogut > Andrew Bynum

Chris Kaman plays for a shit team, whose leading scorer was Corey Maggette. And they still were better than several teams. Shaq is way past his prime, sure. Stoudamire may be playing out of position (well, not anymore) but is still better than Bynum at the 5. Chandler is one-dimensional? I would take his 11-13 and 2-3 blocks over Bynum's 13-10 any day. Same with Marcus Camby. Eddy Curry is fat, can't rebound and prone to heart problems, but I would take 2006-07 Curry over Bynum with his far superior scoring. Ben Wallace, no.

And what about Emeka Okafor? He puts up better numbers than Bynum. Greg Oden will put up Bynum numbers from day 1. Mehmet Okur is a Center, I would rather have him. Diop and Foster do the little things to win. Andrew Bynum is overrated.

And if we're strictly talking about the elite big men - not just centres - then players like Tim Duncan and Amare Stoudemire are included in that group.

Now I may be wrong here, but as far as I know, Jeff Foster and DeSagana Diop have one more NBA finals appearances then I do (Diop in '06 with the Mavs). Further, Jeff Foster has been to the Conference Finals 1 time and neither is any more versatile the Andrew Bynum. You really tried to stretch that rebuttal out a bit too far.
