If Wilt played the exact same game today that he did when he scored 100 he would not come even close.

what the hell are you talking about? Nathan Jawai is gonna score 100 in his rookie season, by the time he is done people will be asking if anyone can ever score 150 in a game again.

If someone scores 100 points in a game today.. They would win the game.. Unless the opposing team scored more..

The hell are you talking about? LOL! He won't be able to shoot crap against Al Jefferson for all we know.

Seriously though, If there comes a monster 7'5" Center that can shoot three's with a 52% 3PFG%, and run full court in less than 4 secs, He'd probably score 100 easy... He'd be so tall no one touch the ball when he's shooting from beyond the arc.:p

I don't think a player would have to run the court in four seconds but assuming a player did come along who was seven feet or taller and could ably score from anywhere on the court, I doubt he'd get the opportunity to score 100 points. At some point, it would involve force feeding him the ball and leaving him on the court with the game already decided, which goes against the current approach to sportsmanship.
