It would not have to necessarily be provided, but offered. But that is completely different from the situation we are even talking about. We are not talking about the state regulating itself, but private individuals. A more relevant situation would be something like a movie theatre being required to have an interpreter for the hearing impaired.

This guy played in the CBA for several years as well. He was given his chance but he blew it.
