A rather foolish thing for Kwame to do. I guess warnings about the dangers of drink-driving have been wasted on him.

I have this feelin' deep inside that Kwame will be a bust... Not this season, but in his career... He's always making the wrong moves, turning in the wrong lane... (N)

What a moron. Didn't he already get busted and lectured last year after he was speeding? Some people should not be given nice cars.

this is whats wrong

they're getting paid way too much to play a game that in the long run is basically and utterly useless. tell me how a janitor or lawyer or fireman works less hard than an athlete--and yet they are paid but fractions. in this day and age it is considered a "god-given" talent to be able to shoot a round thing through a round ring rather than to be compassionate or kind.

imagine what aliens or even people 1000 years from now'd think of our "modern" culture..... idolizing 20-30 year olds who dress 10 sizes too big, talk funny, and who are on average, face it, just plain ugly. most of these guys cant add.

I LOVE THIS GAME.

just my 4 cents

Magius...Been watching AI???

Naw Im just playing. On Kwame's part he hasn't a f!cking clue. I can imagine his goofy lookin @ss trying to walk a straight line and he can't.

Kwame doesn't have any motivation. Look at his @ss on the court. He looks like Bill Gates in the Project tryin to hustle some coke...way out of place. He is on a permanent cloud nine called childhood. His ass need to grow up.

Kwame WILL be a bust because the younger players coming in are better than him and are motivated and he will just be lost in the sauce...He couldn't even beat out Christian Laettner when the Wizards practically handed it over to Kwame. He's a spoiled f!ck if you ask me.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Kwame and the Wizards this season. Shortcomings of the past two years have been blamed on the "Jordan Regime", but MJ is no longer involved with the club and they've spent the summer fixing his "blunders". If they do not match or exceed last season's performance, who are they going to blame?

i too think Kwame is gonna be a bust...i predict 6 ppg for each season...when his first season was a dissapointment...he has pretty much lost his confidence...and the second year he did great at traing camp but when the season started Jordan think his experience is not enough so his second year is yet another disappointment so he's confidence is dropping low...next year i predict he has around 5 ppg and 1-2 rpg...

About the drunk driving, like none of u have ever or will never be once under influence while driving(im not trying to offend anyone here for not being responsible or so, i personally never drink when driving but i usually dont drink much), he just had the bad luck of being busted, i know way too much ppl who have already driven under influence and they had the luck to dont get caught, i agree it's the wrong thing to do, but there's a lot of chance one(or more) of you will be pulled over when u r under influence too, it happens all the time around the world, so dont be hypocrite if an nba player does this  , just cuz he drove under influence doesnt mean he will be a bust(he probably still wont break out but those things dont necessarily have to do anything with each other), i do agree with the fact his being a bust has to do with less motivation and even as was said so bjoetiful "a spoiled f!ck" :) , i always think about jordan, why was he the best, cuz he had talent but he always worked the hardest(kobe does too in the summer but this summer he had other things to do :? )

I don't understand why you would need to drink when you can have all the fun you want with millions of dollars. I don't have millions of dollars and I enjoy driving my car way too much to lose that priviledge. Imagine if you could drive whatever car you wanted to! Pfft I could understand getting busted for speeding :D

Can Kwame even drink legally? I can picture the lost **** standing outside of a liqour shop waiting for someone to come along so he can ask them to buy him some alcohol.

Kwame has the perfect NBA body but apparently he doesn't mind learning how to use it probably because he is getting his pay and could give a f!ckless, which is probably his mindset, which is the wrong mindset.

Well, I got a zero tolerance (above the legal limit of .02, but lower than the legal drunken limit...I was at .027) and lost my license for two months. I got mine cause I didn't want a friend of mine who was hammered to drive, and I was just unlucky enough to be followed by a cop who wanted to arrest someone for drunk driving....the prick pulled me over as I was parking outside my friend's apartment...then again, half the ISU football teams been busted for drunk driving this summer....so I shouldn't be too surprised to be charged by an asshole cop in Ames...

Anyway, how many NBA players have gotten DUI's? Marbury did, nobody made a big deal of that, Glenn Robinson (cept I think he got busted for pot, too), Clifford Robinson, and so on....there's been tons of players busted for that offense....yeah, Kwame's been a bust so far, but that has nothing to do with him getting a DUI. Those three players got their DUIs way after their sophomore season....
