Well Duncans just a champion mate, a natural born leader. but you could see that as soon as he came into the league, by his attitude straight away, never showed emotion(though at times a leader should do, and well he does) never really looked down at other players(he is 7 feet yes, so hes always looking down to guys, but still u get me ).

I don't think he's a natural born leader. When he entered the League, the Admiral was in SA. He was the leader, and Tim was just a rookie. Since Robinson retires, he's being more vocal right now, but in the past years he wasn't.

With addition of Tim Duncan, SA won their trophy 1 year later, or 2.
Tim Duncan has very gooood basics, that's why he could adjust himself quickly to NBA style when he entered NBA.
