Actually, you started the insults by calling Jackal a moron. About bumping up the topic, as Jackal has pointed out (perhaps a little less diplomatically than I will), it's not completely relevant and it is an old, forgotten topic. I brought up the rule mainly to explain the reaction you were getting.
