new franchise

i was wondering if any1 knew what players would be in the new charlotte franchise, where r they going o get them fom, free agents, then this team will sink to the bottom,

how many fans want to see the free agent team play???

I think they'll have to choose some "unprotected" (not saying worst) players of other teams. I suppose every franchise has the right to choose a limited number of its players that can't be drafted by the new franchise.
I think this happened when the Canadian franchises started years ago, but i can't remember all the details.

I suppose that's why all new franchises struggle in its first years...

When is Charlotte supposed to start in the league?
