I wondering why clips don't trade griffin for melo , chris paul is very good friend everyone one knows that....no one ever even mention that in rumors.....I wondering how long doc rivers planning to lose?

Doesn't Melo have a no-trade clause grandfathered into his contract as well? In any case, I'm not sure he's the answer to the Clippers' problems; both he and Griffin are talented players who are probably best suited to being the second banana, or at least not the leader of the team, even if they're the first option on offense.

Yes Andrew he does in fact have a no trade clause to which he has being very clear that he wants to be in NY and given the fact that we are giving into not rebuilding and kind of building a "win now" team he must be pretty happy to stay with the knicks

Well Melo is answer for clips because you will get player who has post game and he can stretch the floor by shooting threes definitely he can offer more then blake griffin....so know that KD is gone league can have a look at this blockbuster trade scenario because there is no secret that westbrook won't stay in thunder and CP3 is on last year contract now....so if I was GM I would make this trade Melo to Clippers for Griffin....Griffin to OKC Thunder and Russel Westbrook to Knicks....so everyone is happy....knicks have explosive pg Russel Westbrook with melo and porzingis....adams with griffin in OKC....and clips with Melo , Jordan and cp3 because cp3 said long time he wants to play with melo....if they don't make this trade westbrook will walk away and cp3 for sure.

Actually those three teams who can make this trade and make sense for all three of them why melo wouldn't love to join clips to play with chris paul specially if they are close friends??
