Qualls signs with the Thunder

The Thunder have agreed to a one-year deal with former Arkansas guard Michael Qualls, reports Real GM's Shams Charania. Qualls tore his ACL during workouts leading up the NBA draft and then went undrafted. The Thunder are monitoring Qualls' rehab for tears in both knees, reports Charania

I think it's nice that the organizations are giving other players a chance, specially if they were hit by bad luck.

Just had a glance at his NBADraft.net profile. Sounds like he had/has potential, so yeah, nice to see him get an opportunity on what would be a non-guaranteed contract. If things go well, it could turn out to be a savvy move. If not, well, they didn't take much of a risk.
