There goes Lin's Lakers career.
Tue Jan 06, 2015 5:56 pm
WTF happened there? Why was Kobe crying for a foul and Lin was just minding his biz.
Tue Jan 06, 2015 6:17 pm
Lin was looking towards Byron Scott who was telling him not to foul despite there being only a .2 second difference between shot and game clock
Tue Jan 06, 2015 6:20 pm
So it's Lin's fault for not properly realizing who reigns on the top of Lakers food chain.
Waive Lin.

Here's some Kobe news though.
Kobe Bryant says he would accept a shut down"I will do what they ask of me, but it's very, very hard for me to miss one game," Bryant said Thursday after the Lakers' 109-102 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers at Staples Center. "I'm not going to be here much longer, so the games that I play, I want to make sure that I'm playing and enjoying it and appreciating it."
Sounds like he wants to keep on playing but the management does not want to take any risk. I mean he has another year left on the contract and you wouldn't want to risk highest paid player in the league.
I'd say shut him down and chase top 5 draft pick. That's probably for the best.

I don't know, they seem to be playing better with him off the floor. If they want that top five pick - anything lower, and it goes to the Suns - might as well have him play out the season.

You called it Andrew. They are a better team now. But for some reason I believe Byron will still find ways to screw up and play key guys to inconsistent minutes, roles, and rotation. Ultimately top 5 pick is on the line and it is absolutely huge for a hopeless franchise like Lakers.
Kobe Bryant's MRI results revealed a tear of his rotator cuff.
Not good. Bryant is flying home from San Antonio as we speak and he is expected to be examined by team doctors on Friday morning.
He might get shut down earlier than we thought. He's got one more humongous contract year to play for so neither the management or himself should risk it. After all he's still the highest paid player in this league.
Still early to say he's done for the season but it's probably for the better that he stays at home and tweet.

Yeah, he doesn't seem to have been ruled out yet, but it seems highly likely.

Apparently passing too much killed him.
As expected, Byron Scott is fucking up the rotation to go into a full tank mode. Ed Davis and Ronnie sat and Sacred, Kelly, Clarkson started tonight. Expect line up changes every night. Lin gtfo LA.

Byron Scott is a racist for hating on Jeremy Lin.
