Guys, Lillard is not underrated. He became an all-star in his second year and was on the cover of NBA Live 15. He is still improving and his popularity continues to rise along with it. Just in his third year, it will take a bit more time for him to start being mentioned along with the likes of CP3, Steph CUrry, etc.

No, but he has limited finishing ability because of his lack of vertical, Floaters/runners are great, but Paul can't contort his layups against the defense like Dame or Wes can. And just because I use phrases like "above the D" I don't mean literally.

Stephen Curry could likely be the best long range shooter in league history. It's just insane. You don't stop him, you can only hope to slow him down.

Chris Paul and Curry are the best point guards in the league and I honestly can't tell who is better atm. They are clearly better than Kyle Lowry and Damian Lillard. These four though surely separated themselves from rest of the pack so far.

So my list right now would be...

Rondo's value is really unique. I'm inclined to believe he's probably close to 2nd tier maybe. Rondo's largely the ugliest scorer in this list but he's by far the best assist guy + rebounder. Say, he rebounds as well as Ibaka and Boozer(this is CRAZY bcuz he'd be a solid rebounder even if you considered him a PF), and only Rubio (who played more than x2 fewer minutes) is slightly ahead of him while leading CP3 by comfy margin in assist.

Darren Collison inclusion in 2nd tier also should be a surprise. But it's true. He's been tremendous so far. He's been crucial for the Kings. I don't know tbh if he can keep it up though.

I actually love all top 4 PGs. They've separated themselves from rest of the pack. I don't think any of 2/3rd tier guys can replace them and do as well. In contrast if you replace any of those lesser PGs with top 4 PG, the team will improve by large margin. But result can vary if you switch places among top 4 pgs. It's possible the team can do just as well with Lillard/Lowry in place of Paul/Curry though latter have been better. Important thing is that those 4 guys are the top tier PGs and all are good in their own distinctive ways.
