Butler shot 44.1 percent from behind the three-point line after signing with the Oklahoma City Thunder in March. The Pistons had a serious floor-spacing problem last season, and new president and head coach Stan Van Gundy has clearly made it his mission to fix that. First, he signed Jodie Meeks to a three-year, $19 million deal. Now, there's this and the D.J. Augustin deal.

Good acquisitions for the Pistons. I'm sorry to see the Bulls lose Augustin, I was hoping they'd be able to keep him after his fine play off the bench last season.
