IMO, would've been good if the numbers and the wordmarks are of the same color; and if the wordmarks are a bit bigger than that.

Motor City written on Drummond's jersey will be very badass.

They could have used another main colour besides the blue.... Maybe a black and grey along the "Motor City" could been a better choice

Needs Teal.

What it needs is to be an actual alternate jersey. As in, more different. Make the alternate jersey sighting a fresh experience, not something hardly anyone will notice.

The Bucks alternate for example.

Looks like he was filling it in from the bottom, got tired, and then gave up.
or it looks like a video game "strength bar" that's filling up and you have to hit the button when it gets to the top.

I don't know why, but I like it. Maybe with a few more changes it could be interesting, but as Leftos said, it's not a "real" alternate jersey. I could see this more as an away or even a home jersey.
