David Lee out for season after tearing hip flexor

Yup, he's out. And this is HUGE.

I remember him getting injured near the end of last season as well. But this is even worse because team desperately needs him. Now they're screwed.

Now Bogut needs to stop posting Luc Longley numbers and play up to his potential.

I'm thinking now we can scatch Warriors off from the dark horse list.

Awful timing, awful luck. The prognosis seems promising as far as him returning on time for next season, but that's little comfort to Lee or the Warriors in the present. Hopefully he'll have a full and speedy recovery, and the Warriors can still make it an interesting series without him.

It's also a big let down because this was a first playoffs game in David Lee's long career. Didn't last too long. Damn sad.
