Calculating ORtg and DRtg for Players

Anybody have those formulas handy? I would like to implement them in NBA Stats Tracker, but everyone refers to them in Dean Oliver's book "Basketball on Paper", and nobody mentions the actual formula.

Any other defensive metrics that you can point me to their formulas?

(Or if you can convince one of these dopes to send their file with a working calculation rather than just data.)

Yes, but with the stats you're pulling they won't be of any use. Except maybe charges drawn from hoopdata. (Use the steal % formula to get charges drawn %.)

I've been planning on adding more stats to NST, such as Shot Locations, and generally stuff missing from box-scores but kept for advanced analysis. I've been limiting myself to what NBA 2K offers, but work on NST is far from over, and I plan to keep developing it for the foreseeable future.

Any other suggestions you might have, hit me up.

P.S. Which are, in your opinion, the most important stats missing from NST right now, if you have the time to bother taking a look?
