The light blue is a bit much and a little out of place. Besides that, it's fine.

Remove the orange on the court and change the center court logo to a Hornet and we got a Charlotte Hornets court.

Their recent changes in their courts and jerseys are lame. I'm still all for the original Bobcats uniforms.

usually think people over-react when they talk about how bad a jersey/court/etc design is, but this is one i'd agree with.

It's not that bad, if the orange is gone and the Bobcats is changed completely to a grey, then I think it'll look good
