Seeing as FIBA has had 3 on 3 tournaments and have been successful,I would not mind seeing it on the Olympic level.And to tell you the truth,I would be even more interested if this was restricted to 26 and under.

I wouldn't mind that, it's not like the regular five-on-five game would be dropped, after all. As noted, other sports have a variation or two as Olympic events, so it could be entertaining to watch.
