What the hell??
Okay,he is the face of the franchise in those 7 years,but you never ever let a player decide the good of the team. Has that old man running the Magic lost his mind,or he lacks of judgement in order to decide himself the fate of Smith and Van Gundy...
In my opinion though,SVG should stay,while Otis Smith should leave. He hasn't done many moves that could raise the level of the team...

It seems a bit far-fetched but if they're that desperate to keep him, who knows? We may not be talking literally here, though; more a case of them siding with Howard in a "it's me or him" kind of situation.
