I was actually expecting better. Don't get me wrong, it still looks cool and all, but he didn't dribble, took off from about the usual spot and only just made it. Nice, but others have done it better.

Ibaka's was better. Still, Weems dunks were better than most of the dunks in the recent NBA dunk contest.

Mannnn... You really get to differentiate the crazy basketball fans... Coz dunks for sure with simple kind of flare will make u say snap or oh shit then jump out of ur seat... The fans from the video were like, hmmmmm very good dunk, clap clap clap, i approve, 100 percent... They were very professional... hehehe... And the fireworks, cumon, do we need that...

Anyway, weems dunk is dunk competition worthy but nothing we haven't seen before... When Kobe was in the Phil, he did that evolved east bay funk dunk too but the bounce was a bit higher so the level of catching the ball in the air was the amazing part... Let me find that video...

Perhaps the reaction was subdued because the free throw line dunk has been done so many times - and better - before?
