Wouldn't mind having both!
Is his Lakers Payton one a home one?
I spent last night watching highlights from that 03-04 season. First game that Glove and Mailman suited up for the Lakers... we should have won so bad that season. Damn Kobe for shooting us out of the Finals!

It's the white alternate in medium size. Swingman, all stitched. Like I said, he never wears it at all so he might be willing to give up.

I will ask him. I will make good use of it.

How could I forget about that.

Not looking good for the first stop in the tour but if the rest of the tour goes ahead as planned, I'm still interested in trying to catch one of the games in Australia.

Nice...
Kobe, Lebron, Wade all there.
I guess Andrew can arrange a NLSC meet up or something...
Wed Oct 26, 2011 3:43 pm
It's been confirmed. 2 games to be played at Rod Laver Arena.
If anyone catches note of where to get tickets, please post!
Wed Oct 26, 2011 11:23 pm
Tickets will be sold on Ticketek later this week.

I hope they have a more clever title for it than "Basketball Awesomeness"

I want Sit to make a youtube video of himself pronouncing "Basketball Awesomeness".

Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Derrick Rose, Russell Westbrook & maybe Kevin Durant not playing.

It's a sign that the lockout is going to end.
Thu Oct 27, 2011 9:54 am
That does put a slight damper on things. It'd probably still be worth catching but let's see what tickets cost, considering there'll also be a flight and accommodation to book for those of us who live a long way from Melbourne.

A nice thought, but probably more to do with scheduling and other commitments that have been made in the face of the ongoing lockout. Plus, LeBron pulls out of everything.

I've booked my flights. Cost me $AU 300. Wanted to get in before demand increases. If I can't get tickets to the game, I will just use this as a small holiday!
Thu Oct 27, 2011 3:45 pm
It's been cancelled. Couldn't care less about the NBA itself, but I'd really like the lockout to end so this sort of thing stops happening. That's twice now already.
Thu Oct 27, 2011 4:38 pm
It has? I thought it was going ahead beginning with the game in San Juan this weekend.
Had a quick look at Jetstar prices, a return flight would be just under $200 which isn't too bad but taking into account accommodation and tickets, along with a few of the players pulling out, I don't know. A game in Melbourne and a game in Sydney would've suited me a lot better. A moot point if it's been cancelled, naturally.
Thu Oct 27, 2011 7:38 pm
Rod Laver's saying it's been cancelled, Ticketek's saying it's at best been postponed:
http://www.sportsnewsfirst.com.au/artic ... own-under/http://andthefoul.net/?p=1735$200 is nothing. It's likely to cost me thousands to get there from all the way over here. Don't see how you could possibly turn this down, though, whatever it costs.
Thu Oct 27, 2011 9:25 pm
Well, it would be shit if it's been canceled but I at least have an excuse to go down to Melbourne as I have never been before!
Thu Oct 27, 2011 10:04 pm
I'd be kind of glad if it was cancelled because I don't think I'd be able to go anyway.
And you'll love Melbourne Sit; it's the home city of Bangs

Sad, now we'll never find a cure:
