They should have written it so you put in all the stats and it calculates all the numbers from those in a table form instead of making you re-enter the necessary data for each individual function.
PER shouldn't take any additional code to "work out" it's a linear function, and if you wanted to you could save time by setting fixed variable values and "estimate" PER which doesn't usually generate huge error bars.
Distributing an Excel/OpenOffice file that will automatically do it for people still seems easier.
