I got 5/5 on the First Team (after I realised I'd left Mayo off in my initial post), 4/6 on the Second Team (though I originally had Chalmers before I revised my picks and only picked five players). 13/15

So what how would you guys rate this year's rookie class. I would say C+, with maybe 1 or 2 at max potential HOF caliber player.

C+?
I would give it at least a B+. Russell Westbrook, Eric Gordon and Kevin Love has all the potential to emerge as a star. It's not as good as the draft class that consists of LeBron, Wade and Melo, but this one is pretty spectacular.

Oh, don't be mistaken, but C+ on my standard is not that bad.
Potential superstars in Oden, and Rose and others have ok potentials. I think definitely not one of the best in the history comparably however.

I'm not mistaken, C+ would be pretty bad according to my school and I'm having an exam right now so that grade scheme got merged in my head automatically.

Since it's on your standard then it's ok. Excuse me for that.

Oden cant be a superstar unless he starts to learn how to stay out of foul trouble.

I dont know about the others though, future is surely hard to predict.

Could've also had Kevin Love in the first team instead of Beasley, but whatever, the teams are quite good anyways and this was one heck of a draft class.

I don't know what letter grade I've give it but there's a handful of players who could turn out to be really good, as you said maybe a couple of future Hall of Famers but it's early days yet. I wouldn't mark it down as one of the all-time great drafts just yet, but in a few years we could be looking back on it and remarking on the talent that it brought to the league.

Meh. Grade I meant was based on first year performance as rookies, their predicted talents, first year impressions, etc. Just for fun purpose.

I sure do see a lot of ok to good players but I didn't see much of a dominant figure nor great impact maker as rookies this year. And just the numbers they posted weren't enough for B in my standard. Maybe 1992 Draft I'd give A- for amazing rookie seasons players had. Let's be honest, ROTY didn't really post better numbers than Stephon Marbury's rookie year, although he was really good, we are bound to see this kind of talent time to time.

I wasn't disagreeing with your grade per se, I'm just not sure what letter grade I'd give it myself. Thus, I abstain from doing so at this juncture.

I knew that Andrew. Primarily I was just defending myself from Modify since he doesn't like the grade I gave.
