Hey. If Hedo can get a DPOY vote, why not Kapono as 6th man?

I had a pretty good feeling about that pick, he's been talked about as a leading candidate all season so it was obvious the media had in mind and he had a fine season coming off the bench. Congrats to the latest NBA player to use The Jet moniker.

4/4

Wow... that was a pretty lopsided win for Jason Terry.. I thought it would at least be close with J.R. Smith having remarkable games late in the season.. Anyways, Jet pretty much deserved it.. Congrats to him... (Y)

Why couldn't Ben Gordon follow Terry's lead and be happy coming off the bench?

Because it's two different situations and maybe he wants to prove himself? I don't know why people have Ben Gordon pegged as this selfish team cancer when there are players who do a lot more bitching through the media and are far more reluctant to give up the ball. Gordon had a pretty good season as a starter; he got the role back early as Thabo was not getting the job done by any stretch of the imagination and ultimately got traded. If he was still getting around 38 minutes off the bench and the shot attempts that Terry is, perhaps he'd be alright with it but I don't know why he's being held to a higher standard just because someone else took to the role with more enthusiasm (and who knows what other thoughts Terry has or had on going to the bench, and how he might feel if the Mavericks had the kind of win/loss record the Bulls had the last couple of years).
