Chris Webber as I really felt he could've been a top 3 PF. Also I feel sorry for him about the timeout situation.
Steve Francis because I'm an idiot. Also he was pretty damn great to watch.

Rider? That Gangsta assclown? I'm glad that his carreer didn't go anywhere.
I really wish Grant Hill could have realized his full potential. Man, he was exciting back then. Also Lamar Odom and Chris Jackson aka Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf.

Rasheed Wallace... Sighing whenever I'm seeing him shooting treys when he could've went beast mode inside on those years he's in Portland... Kinda reminded me of Cousins this days and I hope he will not throw away his potential like Sheed... Carlos Boozer comes into mind also...

What a grave insult to three time world champion, Dickey Simpkins!
Or Dickie Simpkins. It seemed to vary from trading card to trading card, and video game to video game.

I guess anyone with a major injury is a given.
Lamar Odom, anyone? Had the talent to be the next Magic Johnson, turned into the next Tyrone Biggums after a decent career
Chris Webber as I really felt he could've been a top 3 PF
He's probably top ten PFs of all time, but didn't get into a good situation until Sacramento and then microfracture did the rest.

He didn't play in the NBA, and this isn't a "what if" thread, it's a personal bias thread.

Ditto Eric.
I had such high hopes for Sweetney coming out of college but it just wasn't to be.
Unlike my Live Dynasties he didn't average a double double anywhere outside of the food court.
Another player to mention is Sean May out of NC

I think Boozer did better than what was expected of him coming into the league with the Cavs he was solid for Cleveland but got a big contract from the Jazz which you could say he didn't live upto expectations
