Florida: The Chris Walker Conondrum/Duke's Justice Winslow

What is wrong with Chris Walker?
Billy Donovan has given him almost no runtime, and it seems like he has character issues (with all the suspensions and lack of practice). My question is: Where should Florida draw the line between giving him time to develop but keeping him on a short leash?
I personally feel Chris's potential and talent far outweigh the issues of character. Marijuana? It's legal now. I feel if he can keep his grades up and show up for practice, he'll become a basketball phenom.
On another note: Justice Winslow has become Duke's new MVP. He's their X-factor. If Justice plays well, I can see their team getting to the Final Four.

I wondered what was happening with Walker. He was really highly regarded prior to his freshman year at Florida.

I guess he's a bad teammate?
