This video explains it nicely. Too bad he got injured recently, i just hope he continues to improve as we've seen it this season, kid really has work ethic, some consider him bust but i believe he's yet at he can be a really great player.

Looks like he's again having an efficient shooting night. I will definitely pay more attention to his shooting next time I watch him.
