Today, March 26th 2010, marks the 31st anniversary of Larry Bird and Magic Johnson 1st played game against eachother: on March 26th 1979, Michigan State (Magic) defeated Indiana State (Bird), 75-64, with Magic scoring 24 points, 7 boards, 5 assists and a steal in 36 minutes, and Bird having 19 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists and 5 steals, but failing 14 of 21 field goals.
