All-Defensive teams announced.

Pretty old news, but not here yet.

1st team -

C - Dwight
F - Garnett
F - Lebron
G - Kobe
G - Paul.

2nd team -

C - Duncan
F - Artest
F - Battier
G - D-Wade
G - Rondo

Only one complaint - Lebron. I admit he has improved his defense, but Artest and Battier are both better defensively. Better on-ball defenders. Sure Lebron does his chase-down blocks, but tha's not enough. But yeah, the writers think he's the 2nd best defender in the league.

Lebron is better this season. Through out their career, both those guys are better.
Personally I would swap Rondo and Paul in this list.

I'd swap KG with one of the Rockets forwards, and Kobe with Rondo, but overall an excellent pair of teams.

Wow, two Rockets. Hope their defense can stop Kobe!

Wow! No Birdman.. He is probably third team.. Tough to contend with Howard and Duncan at center..

Weird, you'd think a team that sucked on defense wouldn't finish second in the league.

Rondo deserves the 1st team more than either Kobe or CP3, especially CP3. I could get a few steals in the NBA jumping around for all the balls and gambling all the time. That wouldn't mean I'd be a good defender.

One guy that was left out of All-Defensive team, is Billups. Everyone knows how he outplayed Paul in 1st round. I wouldn't say that CP3 isn't good defensively. It's just that there are few guys who are smarter defensively.

No love for the Birdman or Dahntay Jones? two of the main reasons why the Nuggets are a much improved team this year.

Birdman should be up there too.

Birdman didn't play enough minutes to get himself in as well as Dahntay, Lowry etc. If they played around 30 mins per game, maybe someone of them could get in.

Yeah, Billups did nothing. Nothing!

And Dahntay Jones is terrible.

5/5 on the first team, 4/5 on the second team, 9/10 overall and 22/25 on my predictions so far. You know something's up when I'm doing decently on the award predictions.

CP3 and Rondo are Gamblers .
They don't defend well one on one .
I agree with Kobe and Dwight but LeBron ? don't think so Shane's a better defender than him . . .
